Review Nando's - Pretoria

Nandos Montecasino closed for reviews but ...today... I had a perfect meal and it was on time at @Montecasino Nandos.

Food is very delicious but I received my delivery an hour and a half later after being told it would take 45 minutes to and hour. It was also cold once I received it and found 1 dirty serviette in the bag. Very disappointed.

I went to Nandos's at 12:32 and ordered a Hot pot and Beetroot salad.  I waited 37 minutes for a order that should have been 15 minutes at the most!!! I said to the server that I waited very long and all she said was "Sorry". I am very disappointed in there service.

I do not recommend Nando’s Hatfield. I purchased a lemon and herb chicken wrap which I ordered with no tomato. When I got home, the wrap contained tomato as well as the chicken being completely raw making me sick. I have been trying to get through to Nandos and no response.

Following a client meeting i had at this restaurant and after eating what seemed to be precooked chicken and stale chips and after making a complaint online this is what ensued:<br/><br/>Spoke to Monika the manager at the hatfield restaurant and have never come across someone with 0 empathy and customer service skills. I was Quite frankly asked why i did not raise alarm at the restaurant, i advised her i was in a meeting with a client and the food was not of priority at that specific moment, which is Quite a kick in the teeth because why else would nandos have an online experience form if all customers were to raise alarm at the store. she advised me there is nothing she can do other then take it as feedback and improve the service. This woman has come across Quite abrupt in here approach and has absolutely infuriated me. 0 empathy for example i advised monika i was in a client meeting and i was embarrassed to raise alarm and she advised me we have alot of people coming here for a meeting ultimately meaning i was noone special to not raise alarm. if this woman understood empathy she would understand out of goodwill i did not raise alarm at the store as i found the service from the staff satisfactory just not the uality of food so i discretely approached nandos online. Maybe the Quality of food is not good at this restaurant because of management.

The service is good. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly. It does get a bit slow during lunch hour and early evening because it gets quite busy. The food is always delicious, consistent with other branches. Parking on the other hand is a nightmare, unless you're down to park a bit further away and walk🤷🏽‍♀️

Not the best Nando's ever but it's okay. I'd recommend it more for takeaway rather than sit-downs. The service is kinda slow which is weird because it's never packed 😕

Staff is absolutely rude to customers. Hang up the phone while busy with orders, and speak rudely to one another about customer while ordering. Awful service and customer experience.

Surprisingly there was no queues here on Friday and also considering it was pay day. Service was quick as I only waited 15 minutes for our takeaways. Just a heads up there is no parking available close to the restaurant, I prefer to park at the plaza parking.

Apart from the confusion with ordering the menu, and unfriendly staff, the meal I had definitely satisfied the craving. <br/><br/>I had a hotpot for dinner, unfortunately it never came with the extra haloumi that I ordered, but as a whole it was still great! <br/><br/>Always the best option for take-out.

Nando's food is always delicious. I'm very unadventurous and have only had the wrap but I have not yet been disappointed. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the ingredients. <br/><br/>Unfortunately I received terrible service. Fortunately, the manager is a lovely woman and gave us her full attention to smooth over the problem.

Well All I have to say is that Nando's as a restaurant chain has very good standardization, I think all the Nandos I ve been to delivers the same food quality.

Nandos is my fave fast food joint because the food that is served is good quality! This nandos however is exceptional! I have not walked in there once and not been served with a smile and a friendly greeting. The management is outstanding and the service is quick and food is tasty as usual! Probably one of the better nandos in the country

I don't generally like Nandos but I swear this is my favourite one in the whole country. I realise how crazy that sounds but anything I ever order here is amazing. Big ups Hatfield, we love you.

What a disappointment Nandos Burnett Street Pretoria is. Auphry ruined our experience because of her arrogance and all over us requesting two extra satchets of peri peri because we were 4 people and wanted one satchet each. Auphry told us she only puts in two satchets and if we want more we must buy it which we did but rest assured our R180.00 to R200.00 every time we buy will now be spent at Brooklyn. Way to go Auphry you caused nandos Burnet Street to lose one customer who will be raving to others about your terrible service. I suppose the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG for you.
