The service is good. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly. It does get a bit slow during lunch hour and early evening because it gets quite busy. The food is always delicious, consistent with other branches. Parking on the other hand is a nightmare, unless you're down to park a bit further away and walk🤷🏽♀️

Surprisingly there was no queues here on Friday and also considering it was pay day. Service was quick as I only waited 15 minutes for our takeaways. Just a heads up there is no parking available close to the restaurant, I prefer to park at the plaza parking.
Well All I have to say is that Nando's as a restaurant chain has very good standardization, I think all the Nandos I ve been to delivers the same food quality.
Nandos is my fave fast food joint because the food that is served is good quality! This nandos however is exceptional! I have not walked in there once and not been served with a smile and a friendly greeting. The management is outstanding and the service is quick and food is tasty as usual! Probably one of the better nandos in the country
I don't generally like Nandos but I swear this is my favourite one in the whole country. I realise how crazy that sounds but anything I ever order here is amazing. Big ups Hatfield, we love you.
Nandos Montecasino closed for reviews but ...today... I had a perfect meal and it was on time at @Montecasino Nandos.
