Last week we went with friends to Spur and had to wait long for the food and the food was cold when it came. The manager invited us to come again for a complimentary meal. And they have proven that they can provide excellent Food and Service. Big thanks to Pieter, the manager. He understands costumer care well.

We ordered a Full Bar-One waffle, Told them we wamted to share, when we received it, It was already split for us with Ice-Cream on both and made so pretty.
They got the extra mile, Amd that just makes me want to driver all the way there from JNB.

Great customer service both times I have dined here, the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious expect the meat came cold, we enjoyed the double thick milkshakes, the nachos were delicious, and the restaurant is clean, and the bathrooms are clean. Overall, we enjoyed both times we dined at this spur.

Wonderful service from Easewell... timely delivery of food... taking good care of my son delivering his food early.<br/><br/>I had the cheesy prawn and garlic schnitzel. Although the Schnitzel and prawns were delicious and a generous gelping, the sauce (I think) was powder sauce and not a fresh sauce. Super grainy!!<br/><br/>Other than that the waiter was great, management (Brandon) checked in on me to see if all was ok and was very polite. Definately a Spur worth coming to!!

Awesome ,fun experience with great food and service. Kids loved the play area and the dance with the waiters. Great cocktails as well you just have to try the Corona Rita .its a fun drink

We went to Spur for a good, decent priced steak and to watch the rugby. The service was quick, friendly and attentive.<br/><br/>We had a delicious slushy cocktail and cheddar melt steak with mushroom sauce. It was very tasty.<br/><br/>

A South African favorite and meat-lovers destination, mom chose it as the spot for our weekly girls night.<br/>Being a vegetarian I ask for hot vegetables as my main and starter, Melissa - out waiter, enquired about my choice and I explained that I'm vegetarian; She went our of her way to get the kitchen to substitute the chicken for me and the result was a cheeky cheesy mushroom Quesedilla with fresh avo and a spicy salsa. <br/>🌟🌟🌟🌟<br/>

Worst smoking section ever. Literally there is space for 5 people in there, space for 3 people to sit down. Oh and the ventilation sucks and it's a sauna in there. Beer is also overpriced considering its a spur. Will never go back to this spur.

Between my working shifts me and my boyfriend used to meet up here for a drink or a quick dinner . I had a salad once and the feta was old . I didnt mention it so I just moved it to the side (I didnt feel like making a fuss ) The waiter was so attentive that the mentioned it and I told him it was old but I was happy with everything else ! He then arrived with the menu and said that dessert was on the house from spur to apologize for the inconvenience ! I was really suprised . Best service I had in a really lomg time . The service is always fast and friendly and you can always expect spur quality .
