I had an awesome time at this store. The guy who took our order at the POS was very present and energetic. And having a coffee company next to exclusive books, it's a must come back for me.

Really impressed with the service. I was not happy with the taste of my butterscotch latte and the staff happily offered to replace it. Put off by the drink entirely... I did not want one, so they made me a cappuccino,without request. That's one way to turn your customer's bad experience into a good
I love the rewards programme. So each time you buy, you give them your cellphone number and then you accumulate points. When you reached 10 points then you receive a free drink at your next visit! This is the main thing that takes me back to Seattle Coffee Company.

My favourite little quiet coffee corner to take a break in. The coffee is really great and the staff are always friendly. Cozy atmosphere and always enjoy being able to flip through some of the books you can bring through from next door while I have my cappuccino.
Really nice place and friendly staff. Really good coffee and snacks! Nice place to sit and do work! But the music is really loud to the point where you can't even concentrate on your work or really hear the person sitting next to you talking.
