Review Rocomamas Brooklyn Mall - Pretoria

Ordered a Veg OldSkool burger. The burger was quite delicious. Saucy not dry at all which is what made the burger so enjoyable. The veg pattie mixed with the bun gave the crispy and soft texture that just makes the burger as a whole even more delicious. Paired with the burger I had the shoelace fries (normal) ... goes so well with the burger. I received my food in under 10 minutes, served hot. The waitress (Leonie), was very helpful and kind. I had a great meal and my environment was very clean.

The waiter was very delightful and friendly, showing us different options and specials. Making interactions very pleasant! Would highly recommend and ask for Leonie she is the best!!

The waiter Lisa was very friendly and helpful. The burgers is so good compare to other Roco Mamas, fresh and tasty. The winner of the show was the hot chocolate!

Loved everything about my experience. Started with Cocktails while waiting for our food. And when the food came.its was scrumptious, the ribs just fell off the bone... Very succulent indeed.

The meal was extremely delicious, I really enjoyed everything. The waiter's service was also good. Ohh and the Jalapeno sauce was my fav🙂

The food was very delicious especially their milkshake. The service was on another level we felt like were VIP because of the treatment that we got from our Waiter(Pontsho). I wouldn't mind coming back again for the great food and the great service we received from him. When you get a chance please go to Rocomamas and ask to be served by him you won't regret it.

We really enjoyed our time there,the food was tasty and the service from Thabang the waiter was super nice! He made our ordering easy and our stay warm and fun... I can't wait to call again

Leonie was our waiter and she was really amazing! She greeted us at the door with the most welcoming smile and it was really amazing service. We had the 3 course meal for R139 and would definitely recommend it! Love Rocco mamas Brooklyn!

Amazing atmosphere! Though it was packed, food was relatively quick and our waitress Ntokozo was amazing!! Thank you so much RocoMamas Brooklyn Mall, I had the best time! We enjoyed our food tremendously.

Our waiter, Thabang, is simply the best. He took us through the menu. We had no problem ordering. He's super friendly and helpful. He recommended his fave drinks for us and they were perfect. We came with a child and he was great with her too. She doesn't even like people but "uncle Thabang" was the exception. I'm even going to start requesting for him everytime I come to Brooklyn. This review is overdue and it doesn't do him any justice. Give that man a raise!!!!

I was here with my bestfriend one Sunday afternoon after a whole year of not seeing each other and couldn't have picked a better place to hang out and catch up. both of us are foodies, and we both agree that The Bacon cheese guac smash burger is too amazing for words. I really enjoyed my food, the service was very nice. The place was very quite and empty, not sure if that's the usual vibe.

I don’t really know what to ask for more when you have good company and good food at a nice spot.<br/>Once again, Rocomamas didn’t disappoint.<br/>I like it when waiters treat me as good as I treat them.<br/>No rudeness at all and very helpful.

Great place with excellent service. Their burgers are to die for! We tried the rockstar burger and the bacon & cheese burger. These burgers were absolutely delicious, I can’t fault them at all. The turbo charged cheesy fries were just as delicious! I was super impressed.

Love RocoMamas. This branch is not my favourite but nothing wrong with the food and service. I think they would do great at another venue as the parking is a bit dodgy for a female.

Nice food and the portions are big. Not suitable for cold nights because it was so crowded inside we had to sit outside and we weren’t given a heater. Our food got cold quickly and cold nachos are not fun to eat. Overall its ok and the waiter was attentive.

I recommend this place, I enjoyed the food very much, and the way they treat their clients... keep it up guys👏🏾👏🏾 but the only thing is that the restaurant is so small, and it's always full because the food is really nice.

Love so many things on this menu, the chillie fries, shakes, burgers, even the cheese bombs are great but for me my favorite is the wings. It’s my go to place for spicy wings with the blue cheese sauce.

If you go on a Saturday evening, make a table reservation and expect a delay. Our waiter forgot about us, probably due to the very busy time. <br/><br/>My burger was okay. I've had better, but it was not the worst by far. My boyfriend had the Cracker and LOVED it. For me the highlight was the fries. I'll go back and have only fries!

Roccomamas has hands down one of the best burgers in SA. They can never get it wrong. Their fries too, now think cheese fries- amazing! I love that they are now in most cities. Always nice coming across their joints.

Has always been my favourite burger joint and will continue! Absolutely love their chicken smash burger with BBQ sauce, cheddar, bacon, guacamole and MOFO Mayo! No matter how many times I visit, I continue to eat the same thing because it is SO delicious! On top of it all, their fried feta bombs dipped in MOFO Mayo will have you going back again and again! Love! (Except when they're burnt as in the picture attached)

The service was great. The atmosphere was too busy. It was loud and cramped even though half the tables were empty. The wings were excellent. The burgers were average and nothing to write home about. But the actual reason for the bad rating is the fries. To pay extra for fries that were cold and tasteless is upsetting. No salt at all and let's not pretend that the "cheese sauce" has ever seen cheese.

This was the best burger I've ever had in a very long time. So filling too. Excellent service. Hats all I can say. I'm just adding for the 140 characters required.

We've been to a few Rocomamas' in Pretoria, and decided to pop into this outlet on a busy and buzzing Friday night. Luckily we easily found a spot outside, and were immediately welcomed by the manager and our waitress. <br/><br/>We got exactly what we were looking for - beer, burgers and wings! I tried the limited edition Slow Roller burger and it was absolutely delicious! Also had the Jack Daniels shake (yes, one of those over indulgent meals *facepalm*), and shared cheesy fries and shoestring fries with the rest of our table. Really good!<br/><br/>Despite it being so busy - the service was quick and efficient and our orders were perfectly cooked and prepared. Thanks for a great (cheat)meal!

Service is much too slow. One has to gestulate for ages to get someone's attention. Not good. Food ok, nothing to write home about. Music also too loud. Struggle to hear partner. Staff chat nonstop in groups.

Limited non alcoholic drinks available, good variety of burger, friendly service. Nice variety of beers. Like the burger variety options and not to small portions

Decided to try out the Rocomama's in Brooklyn,<br/><br/>Service period was quiet. My friend and I decided to order the the "Cracker Jack burger" with cheese fries which was absolutely amazing and full of flavour!<br/><br/> Service was fast and on point and manager did approach the table for a table call , the reason for the low score is how terrible the cappuccino was, which needs a lot of work on! Especially me being a lavazza coffee bean fan!<br/>

Food was really good. Not a single complaint about the food. I don't like the set up of this branch, it's a bit claustrophobic, can't hear the person talking to you over the hustle and bustle and music. Maybe I'm just a grumpy old person who likes things quieter... I don't know ... I love the wings! I crave the buffalo wings ...on a daily basis😐 chilli cheese fries are the bomb diggety👌🏽 burgers are phenomenal. Shoestring fries are addictive. I'm glad this branch is so close to campus, it means I can pop in and out really quick and make it back in time for class😁 The nutella waffle is a favourite and the milkybar/nutella flapjacks are to diiiiieeee fooor! Milkshakes are amazing - my favourites are the peanut butter, Belgian chocolate, creme brûlée and the Oreo. Service here is also pretty good, waiters/waitresses are friendly and accommodating and make an effort of checking up on you to make sure you're happy(: <br/>I'll be back.. every week.. literally😬🤷🏽‍♀️

Great to have a Rocomamas in Brooklyn. A smaller venue than most but that adds to the atmosphere. Great music as always and the food was top class. Love that you can build your own burgers which means something new every time. Staff were on point and friendly. Try the desserts, you won't be disappointed.

Till date the best burgers I have ever had is in rocomammas centurion lifestyle center. So expected the same with other places but it is not the same. Rocomamas , Brooklyn turned really bad choice for me. Burgers were not fresh and the toppings and sauces were not put the way it is to be. Had a bad experience.

Rocomamas is a very welcome new kid on the block in Brooklyn. They have a friendly lively vibe. Delicious food - we had build your own burger. Think smokey mayo, sweet gooey caramelized onion, chili and Ementhal cheese!<br/>The string fries is scrumptious when hot but quickly turns cold, so eat them immediately after served

Located under Crawdaddys Brooklyn which is down the road from the mall.<br/><br/>Beautiful classic Roccomama decor found inside the restu, the service is quick and there is no hierarchy stopping service for patrons with the manager on hand and serving us a water request during the meal.<br/>I opted for a customized Chilli Cheeze Bomb which I can say is H.O.T 🌶 so a much needed smooth Bubblegum milkshake topped with cream was in order.<br/><br/>Critique: Parking is a problem during peak times resulting in a nearby alley parking situation and there is no liquor licence however it must be noted that a plan was made and you can order alcohol from the restaurant next door

Rocomamas yes please. My boyfriend and I wanted burgers for dinner and the 1st place that came to mind is Rocomamas. I was pleased to find out there is a franchise in Brooklyn now. Parking is a bit inconvenient, I really wish the property owners would expand the parking. This establishment is a little on the small side, but other than that the staff make up for it with awesome service. I ordered the El Grande and my boyfriend ordered the Chilli Cheese Bomb (which is very spicy) with cheese fries. Please use real cheese, so over cheese sauce being advertised as "cheesy fries". I would like to compliment the manager as he cleared our table and brought us water when asked if there is anything else. Keep it up guys, you rock!

Build a burger!!!<br/><br/>I love the concept of putting together my own burger. Rocomamas have special "do it yourself"menus just for that. <br/><br/>Service was good with friendly and attentive staff. However, the waitress did not give me the correct description of a feta cheese bomb.<br/><br/>The decor was simple and trendy in black and orange. Admittedly, I did not enjoy the location much. It felt as though I was sitting in someone's garage.<br/><br/>The burgers were delicious. We enjoyed the limited edition specials i.e. Le bomb and Le Grande. It was the first time that I guacamole on a burger. I loved the smokiness of the BBQ sauce on the Le bomb burger.<br/>The chilli cheese fries and village salad were very nice.<br/><br/>Their milkshakes looked amazing and I can't wait to try them out on my next visit there.<br/><br/><br/><br/>

The best burger joint for the man on the street! I stummbled upon this place craving a quick bite and they didn't disappoint. The pineapple salsa that the waiter recommended was heavenly and complimented my basil-smokey-mayo burger perfectly. I'll surely be back for more soon.

The milkshakes are really good and rich. The ambience is good however, please do not come here if you are really hungry because the food take forever to come. It's really disappointing that burgers take that long to get ready.

My first experience at Rocomamas exceeded expectation! Love that one can choose the burger size/portion to suit their appetite & budget 😀 Delicious food, great service & vibe! Value for money for sure! I definitely recommend Rocomamas in Brooklyn👌
