We visited another Parrots branch and absolutely loved their diverse menu and food, and we were so sad when they closed down, so when we saw Parrots, we didn't even hesitate.
Their seating and decor are so beautiful. They even have an actual parrot at the entrance.
Our waiter was really friendly and attentive.
We visited for late lunch. We had the alla Mozambique pasta and truly Mexican pizza. Both dishes were so good. Fresh, hot, and tasty.
For drinks, we had the watermelon gin fizz mocktail and frozen dragon fruit and raspberry mocktail. Our drinks were yummy, but it was a lot and we couldn't finish it after our meals.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we were happy it held up the Parrots reputation we know and love!

Milkshake was the best u can't hate them. Pizza was a bit under cooked but fine . Wings good but too much sauces. Good vibe busy but food didn't take long. Excellent customer service as waiter service but a bit slow but we helped by others waiters great team work. Do recommend the place

Had so much fun here, the stuff is very friendly, it's nice to have the real parrot there haha, also the place has nice sitting that allows personal space and privacy, the menu has nice options and prices not so bad. I enjoyed the drinks even though they had me really good haha

We had the best waiter his name is Trevor. His so good with people and I hope his appreciated he just made our time in the restaurant so amazing. With our next visit we hope we get served by him cause he was the best he deserves an 8 star.

I went there to each lunch and I was definitely full after my meal! I had the savoury pancakes with bolognaise mince (with cheese sauce on top) and a side of greek salad, with a passion fruit crusher to drink. The combination went well together and I was satisfied, even had to get a take away box!

Recently went to the restaurant on 2 occasions. Good service, good food. Just hated the mussels...it was basically cream with a side of mussels. I ate because I was hungry. Otherwise the rest of the food is good. Reasonably priced food and drinks, they always have specials. Menu has a lot of variety. Lovely!

Lovely food.
Good atmosphere. Sitting next to the busy open area is wonderful and blocked off by a glass wall. You can relax. No one is going to take anything.

As a family we frequently use the grab and go bar for a quick bite while shopping. Some of the best pies in the area. Always fresh and hot. Absolutely delicious filings. Would highly recommend. Brand overall provides excellent breakfast and specials.

In a world where service is rare, good service a surprise, excellent service is astounding and puts one in good spirits for days. I ordered the plain baked cheesecake, against my better judgement (see some of my other reviews), and it was not what I expected. Andile the server was most apologetic and spoke to Greeff, the manager on duty. Greeff convinced me to try the Carrot Cake, and offered a Cappucino on the house. I thoroughly enjoyed the Carrot cake and both coffees! It was these 2 gentlemen's attitude however that made the experience memorable! Keep it up guys!!

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and great food. I had a fried hake cubes and chicken strips basket with sweet chili sauce. There were some bones in the hake but the meal was tasty and fresh. The sauce was more chili than sweet but nothing hot. I was very full by the time I finished the meal. The naartjie mocktail was very delicious but also quite sweet
