Do not let the long queues put you off - these donuts are worth the wait! This franchise is very efficient and the donuts are of excellent and delicious standard.

Once a year, Krispy Kreme gives you a dozen of donuts...on the house! What a bargain? I love the original glazed ones, but I always add an extra Nutella one or two. The ones with the fillings are sometimes a bit too sweet!
I get krispy Kreme whenever im in a good mood. Bad mood. Medium mood. Basically i eat your donuts every other day. Love with a cup of coffee and marshmallows . 5✨

I love love love love LOVE Krispy Kreme. My absolute favourite is the powdered strawberry, it's the perfect amount of strawberry filling to soft, fluffy doughnut 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 the rest of their doughnuts are equally good, I would also recommend the green apple and nutty cocoa ring which is topped with nutella😍
The service is always good, I don't ever experience any problems, the ladies and gents behind the counter are friendly and helpful, it is a bit cramped at this branch so I don't ever sit down here.
I just love the peunut butter chocolate cookie iced drink at Krispy Kreme! Quick and efficient service and the store is always nice and clean.
Donuts were great as always. Not my first time at a Krispy Kreme, however they do have a very small space that they operate in. One can't really sit there & enjoy your donut or coffee & it's next to the corridor leading to the toilets... Don't understand why one would put a shop serving food so close to the toilets...
Donuts were fresh soft and fluffy as a doughnut should be..we all thoroughly enjoyed it..i do prefer this outlet compared to the others I have been to

I wish I took more photo's, we ate them so fast! Exquisite doughnuts, we got a dozen in a variety and everyone was superb. We ended up sharing just so we could taste all of them. Staff member Ashley is a rockstar, best service and super friendly.
Tried out the lemon filled donut and the hazelnut kreme filled donut, they were delicious! The filling is really good in both. Friendly staff and service.
Best doughnut I have ever eaten, the original glazed is a winner every time, I've tried half of the selection of doughnuts and they always pale in comparison.
Too good! I am a huge donut fan and I have been putting off trying Krispy Kreme...just due to the fact of it commercialism.
I finally gave in and ordered the lemon filled one and the blue berry filled one.
It was to die for. The texture is indescribable. It's soft, but firm and completely light. The lemon filling was pure lemon with just the right amount of bitterness and sweetness. The blue berry was my favourite as it was not too sweet, just nice and fruity.
The shop is quaint and clean and the service is good. Just a quick in and out.
I'm planning my next trip already.

The outlet itself though is very crammed it doesn't allow to enjoy the outlet as you get in and out.

Doughnuts are consistent with their other outlets, light and airy with great combinations.
Its lunch time and time for something sweet. Krispy Kremes glazed donuts and powered strawberry is soft delightful and not to much. Overall service was on point and great. I would recommend Krispy Kreme for anyone with a sweet tooth and who loves variety.
Friendly staff and a wide variety of doughnuts to choose from. The chocolate brownie,I think it's called is nice. After my first bite I just ate it up and forgot to take pics.will be back for more.

So, generally speaking I am hesitant to try out a foreign restaurant that is trying to penetrate the South African market. It is usually over hyped and falls short. I dragged my feet to Krispy Kreme. Wow. Wow. Wow. The doughnuts were amazing. My sweet tooth will be thanking me until my next visit. I had a gourmet milktart doughnut and I can't remember what the others were called.
The staff made my visit a little awkward. They were so clipped. Their responses were almost automated and they showed zero character. Smiles yes, but no personality.
The actual store is small as if you are not meant to stay for too long. The decor is interesting and warm.
I look forward to trying the different flavors and the beverages.
Very organised,and the opening day was great! Everything is working fine, i feel they can do more to promote their coffee. Nobody ask " would you like a coffee with that?" Then neither does Starbucks ask if you want a muffin.
Its a great treat for the office and its "around the corner" about R100 per dozen = lots of smiling faces in the office Well worth it!
Christmas is a time to indulge this festive season. I stopped by Krispy Kreme's before heading home for the holidays. Ordered half a dozen doughnuts consisting of jam filling, milk tart, Barone, snowman and New York cheese cake. Service was quick considering the queue when we arrived there. Definitely a mmmerry Christmas.

I had a particularly bad day yesterday and, after finding out Krispy Kreme had taken up residence in PTA, a friend and I went to try it out. She had had them before, but for me it was a whole new experience. This idea of giving your name on your order is so American (that can be good or bad, depending on your mood) and on this day thrilled me cause I wanted to see if the sweet lady behind the counter could spell my name right. That too got an American spelling - wonderful!
Anyway - back to the doughnuts. Wow! Absolutely amazing! I tried out the powdered strawberry and bar one doughnuts and these were truly the most amazing things I have ever tasted!
The shop itself is so small I worried over feeling confined and hot with so many people packed in there together, but the system Krispy Kreme has going works out so that multiple people are served at once and it went pretty quickly.
I walked out with my happy little box and delighted in the doughnut that saved my day. Thank you Krispy Kreme for making a bad day bearable! I will definitely be returning for my share of doughnuts soon! Yum :)
As a zomato foodie living in Pretoria, I'm absolutely ecstatic by the variety of food and restaurants that are now available to us. It certainly saves on the trips to JHB.
On a Saturday afternoon, there was a short queue for donuts. The staff were pleasant. However, they did mix up our donut order and should be more attentive.
I decided to try out their cappuccinos as they claim that their coffee is as good as their donuts. I was certainly not disappointed. My cappuccino was fairly good and could give Starbucks a run for their money.
We ordered our favorite donuts i.e. Cinnamon sugar and chocolate custard. We really enjoyed these.
Will surely return.

I have no idea why we don't have these in Cape Town yet! Awesomeness and beyond. Best freshest doughnuts around, with great coffee to boot. Had to try a few samples and must say that Milky Bar was favourite. I wasn't surprised to see the queues there during the day. A must visit when you see one. Yum!

Specifically the manager is doing a great job of accommodating the customers and she is even hands on to help with redeeming vouchers and informing you about specials. The service here is exceptional.
