Irresistibly delicious donuts. Taste so good and in such demand you pretty much never get the flavour you want. Good customer service and bright surroundings. Perhaps it might be a good idea to get a bigger place and increase the stock a little. Health warning, very high in sugar, so good before you know it you have eaten 6.

That has to be my favorite shop attendant, very calm and collected keep it up. @Krispy Kream Groove Mall increase her salary this coming festive season even if it’s not much to show her appreciation cause wow, she’s good with customers, she’s a jackpot 🤞🏽☺️

I have no idea why we don't have these in Cape Town yet! Awesomeness and beyond. Best freshest doughnuts around, with great coffee to boot. Had to try a few samples and must say that Milky Bar was favourite. I wasn't surprised to see the queues there during the day. A must visit when you see one. Yum!

Best donuts in town. Nothing beats a original glazed and a cappuccino. Prices are reasonable. Service is excellent

The coffee here is absolutely amazing even better than the old school wimpy coffee. The staff here are very friendly and efficient. You do not wait long to get helped and to get your order. Specifically the manager is doing a great job of accommodating the customers and she is even hands on to help with redeeming vouchers and informing you about specials. The service here is exceptional. The donut are also nice. The best donuts are the classic glazed donuts

The staff is SO super friendly! My fiancé and I were there near closing time and they still had a bunch of energy and smiles all around. And of course, the doughnuts are always YUM

The service is fast . I have walked in here about 10 times and each time the service is great . The coffee they just need to work on . It tasted like a watered down coffee hot milk . Better luck next time ?

Once a year, Krispy Kreme gives you a dozen of donuts...on the house! What a bargain? I love the original glazed ones, but I always add an extra Nutella one or two. The ones with the fillings are sometimes a bit too sweet!

The decor is nice and the people working there. <br/>I don’t know why sometimes, they always lack what I’m looking for. Especially the doughnut with peanut. And my very last time they had a lot out of stock. I only experience such things in menlyn

Went in late last night, was disappointed to find that my fave "New York Cheesecake" was not available. However this was a chance for me to try the others, the cinnamon sugar ranked very high. The service was good, as it wasn't not packed.

I get krispy Kreme whenever im in a good mood. Bad mood. Medium mood. Basically i eat your donuts every other day. Love with a cup of coffee and marshmallows . 5✨

This store is ALWAYS busy! I have never come here and the store is empty - which is a good thing to me, because this means the doughnuts are quite fresh! Never had a bad experience here, Friendly staff that work fast.

The service at this branch is good and pleasantly efficient , however, the quality is inconsistent. Some days we will get fresh donuts but unfortunately today was no such day. The sugar and glazed donuts we got were not as fresh as we had hoped.

Had a carrot cake donut today, menlyn.<br/>Don't know why anyone would rave about them. Mine was so dry just threw it away. Such a waste and let down! Won't rush to buy anymore. They look way better than what they taste

Actually it was not my first time trying Krispy Kreme, I had already gone to the Rosebank Krispy Kreme when it first opened. I wasn't impressed with the doughnuts at the Rosebank Krispy Kreme so I decided to give the Menlyn one a shot when they opened.<br/><br/>Personally I don't find there doughnuts very fresh, well not to the South African standard... However the variety of flavors are amazing, more specifically the peanut butter krunch. My friend prefers the normal glazed doughnuts so I suppose they cater for everyone.<br/><br/>The service was great, staff are friendly and helped with recommendations. The place is abit small though, so maybe order your doughnuts and or coffee and sit outside in the new menlyn entertainment arena.<br/><br/>Might go back, if I'm in the mood one day.

I love love love love LOVE Krispy Kreme. My absolute favourite is the powdered strawberry, it's the perfect amount of strawberry filling to soft, fluffy doughnut 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 the rest of their doughnuts are equally good, I would also recommend the green apple and nutty cocoa ring which is topped with nutella😍<br/><br/>The service is always good, I don't ever experience any problems, the ladies and gents behind the counter are friendly and helpful, it is a bit cramped at this branch so I don't ever sit down here.

I just love the peunut butter chocolate cookie iced drink at Krispy Kreme! Quick and efficient service and the store is always nice and clean.

Donuts were great as always. Not my first time at a Krispy Kreme, however they do have a very small space that they operate in. One can't really sit there & enjoy your donut or coffee & it's next to the corridor leading to the toilets... Don't understand why one would put a shop serving food so close to the toilets...

I wish I took more photo's, we ate them so fast! Exquisite doughnuts, we got a dozen in a variety and everyone was superb. We ended up sharing just so we could taste all of them. Staff member Ashley is a rockstar, best service and super friendly.

Tried out the lemon filled donut and the hazelnut kreme filled donut, they were delicious! The filling is really good in both. Friendly staff and service.

Too good! I am a huge donut fan and I have been putting off trying Krispy Kreme...just due to the fact of it commercialism. <br/><br/>I finally gave in and ordered the lemon filled one and the blue berry filled one. <br/><br/>It was to die for. The texture is indescribable. It's soft, but firm and completely light. The lemon filling was pure lemon with just the right amount of bitterness and sweetness. The blue berry was my favourite as it was not too sweet, just nice and fruity. <br/><br/>The shop is quaint and clean and the service is good. Just a quick in and out. <br/><br/>I'm planning my next trip already. <br/>*No pictures as I scoffed them both down quite fast ;)

Welcome addition to Pretoria. <br/><br/>The outlet itself though is very crammed it doesn't allow to enjoy the outlet as you get in and out. <br/><br/>Staff was very friendly. <br/><br/>Doughnuts are consistent with their other outlets, light and airy with great combinations.

Bought a dozen doughnus this morning. 6 Custard filled and 6 cranberry. What a dissapointment! Doughnuts were stale as if yesterday's baked goods... Never again!

It appears that I may have a slight Krispy Kreme addiction . <br/>The doughnuts are perfect, regardless of the branch that they're from. The only downside to this branch is the cramped space. I can only imagine how chaotic it must be when busy . <br/>Thankfully service is great and patrons are friendly.

Its lunch time and time for something sweet. Krispy Kremes glazed donuts and powered strawberry is soft delightful and not to much. Overall service was on point and great. I would recommend Krispy Kreme for anyone with a sweet tooth and who loves variety.

A friend coerced me into trying Krispy Kreme donuts for the first time, well it will be the last time as well. Ive never been so underwhelmed in my life after taking my first bite!<br/><br/>--Firstly you can barely taste the dough as it is nuked with icing sugar, its just way too sweet and I have a sweet tooth, I think there comes a point when there's diminishing returns when something is just way too sweet and rich. But hey, some people are just so used to modified foods you cannot blame them for thinking these overly sweet turds are brilliant, just pray for them!<br/><br/>--Secondly the dough has the consistency of a a cake, light and fluffy, nothing like the dense chewy donuts south africans are used to from P'nP or Spar.<br/><br/>--Lastly the size verses the price, too small and too expensive for what it is, but hey, they have to pay for the fancy shop fitting and fancy donut boxes.<br/><br/>I have no idea why people are going mad over them, I'd never even paid attention to them nor yearned for them to come to south africa, somehow there was a need for a donut shop in SA? Well just one question, remember cinnabon? no neither do I, you can expect the same type of results for Krispy Kreme, they'll fizzle when the hype and majority of their customers have developed diabetes. Somehow they're popular, but then again most modern diets are filled with enough chemicals to clog a horses arteries, how could you expect sugar inoculated sheeple to discern a good 'ol classic donut from an expensive sugared turd?

So, generally speaking I am hesitant to try out a foreign restaurant that is trying to penetrate the South African market. It is usually over hyped and falls short. I dragged my feet to Krispy Kreme. Wow. Wow. Wow. The doughnuts were amazing. My sweet tooth will be thanking me until my next visit. I had a gourmet milktart doughnut and I can't remember what the others were called. <br/><br/>The staff made my visit a little awkward. They were so clipped. Their responses were almost automated and they showed zero character. Smiles yes, but no personality. <br/><br/>The actual store is small as if you are not meant to stay for too long. The decor is interesting and warm.<br/><br/>I look forward to trying the different flavors and the beverages.

Very organised,and the opening day was great! Everything is working fine, i feel they can do more to promote their coffee. Nobody ask " would you like a coffee with that?" Then neither does Starbucks ask if you want a muffin.<br/><br/>Its a great treat for the office and its "around the corner" about R100 per dozen = lots of smiling faces in the office Well worth it!

Christmas is a time to indulge this festive season. I stopped by Krispy Kreme's before heading home for the holidays. Ordered half a dozen doughnuts consisting of jam filling, milk tart, Barone, snowman and New York cheese cake. Service was quick considering the queue when we arrived there. Definitely a mmmerry Christmas.

I had a particularly bad day yesterday and, after finding out Krispy Kreme had taken up residence in PTA, a friend and I went to try it out. She had had them before, but for me it was a whole new experience. This idea of giving your name on your order is so American (that can be good or bad, depending on your mood) and on this day thrilled me cause I wanted to see if the sweet lady behind the counter could spell my name right. That too got an American spelling - wonderful! <br/><br/>Anyway - back to the doughnuts. Wow! Absolutely amazing! I tried out the powdered strawberry and bar one doughnuts and these were truly the most amazing things I have ever tasted! <br/><br/>The shop itself is so small I worried over feeling confined and hot with so many people packed in there together, but the system Krispy Kreme has going works out so that multiple people are served at once and it went pretty quickly. <br/><br/>I walked out with my happy little box and delighted in the doughnut that saved my day. Thank you Krispy Kreme for making a bad day bearable! I will definitely be returning for my share of doughnuts soon! Yum :)

As a zomato foodie living in Pretoria, I'm absolutely ecstatic by the variety of food and restaurants that are now available to us. It certainly saves on the trips to JHB.<br/><br/>On a Saturday afternoon, there was a short queue for donuts. The staff were pleasant. However, they did mix up our donut order and should be more attentive.<br/><br/>I decided to try out their cappuccinos as they claim that their coffee is as good as their donuts. I was certainly not disappointed. My cappuccino was fairly good and could give Starbucks a run for their money.<br/><br/>We ordered our favorite donuts i.e. Cinnamon sugar and chocolate custard. We really enjoyed these.<br/><br/>Will surely return.<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>
