The food was divine! They have a kids' play area... go with coins, there are those small ball dispensers and kids give each other peer pressure to get some 😅

Awesome food, amazing choices, huge portions - you get what you pay for, and then some! Friendly, helpful, accommodating staff. Great kiddies play area and relaxed atmosphere for fun family conversations. It was my first visit, and I am blown away! EDIT: another visit, and still excellent!!

Great place, amazing food and fantastic service. Would just recommend they look into their bathroom facilities, these aren't great.

If you find yourself around the vicinity, you should definitely pop in. They have a great selection to choose from, and I’m sure that anything chosen would be done to your liking. They do have a smoking area though it’s not cordoned off and could possibly upset non smokers. The staff are friendly and polite, so expect efficient service. All in all it’s a good option should you find yourself in a position to go out.

Very nice restaurant. Bit more pricy, but totally worth it. The food is excellent and the service is top notch! Will visit again.

I want to start by giving special thanks to our waiter, Gilbert. He is such a friendly and kind individual which was such a pleasant experience! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious as Crawdaddys are known for. We were sitting in the smoking area which was extremely small (two double tables and 2 single tables were in this area) and at the bar where cocktails were made with the blender being extremely loud and people spoke extremely loud over the blender and we (3 people) couldnt hear eachother. This made it a bit unpleasant. Overall the atmosphere was cozy and warm but very loud.

Really nice to be served like a king, Main course is huge and delicious. Dessert is to die for and we had 4 different ones. I'll visit even just for dessert!!

Nice and cozy. Lekker vibe. And well done on the chicken chowder! Definitely a new favorite. I will return to try the lamb chowder. Cocktails was also very lekker.

Crawdaddy's Montana has got a huge menu and awesome ambience... I loved the food, nicely spiced and not overcooked, I got what I asked... I had to repeat 'Stella Arrtwa' three times then pronounce it as it's spelled to make the staff understand what I was looking for... But that was ok 😊 Loved the place 👍

I popped in for a quick lunch at Crawdaddy’s Montana while in the area. There is a large menu that covers a wide variety of dishes, I was in a bit of a hurry so ordered the jalapeño bacon and cheese burger, this came with an option of 2 sides and I opted for the butternut and chips. This was one hearty burger packed with flavour, I really enjoyed my meal though it didn’t feel like I was eating a burger. Definitely worth a go though I can see burger purists having an issue with this offering. Service was 10/10

I don’t miss living in the city, but I do miss having late night dinners. <br/>And the food!<br/>You offer me steak & starch, I will order wine.<br/>Offer me sirloin topped with caramelised onions in a balsamic reduction and camembert 😋 now you have my attention.<br/>Great selection of wine.<br/>Interesting menu that makes you curious to experience it. <br/>Best was the late hours.

Really enjoyed the food only disappointment was the fact there was no cocktail menu. You guys should really be like your other restaurants and get a cocktail menu sorted out a nice after noon out could have been made great by having a cocktail menu . The ladies in our group were dissapointed by the fact that they could not have had the same cocktails they had in Nelspruit and Brooklyn

We went early on a Saturday evening on a booking. Service was fast and friendly enough. The meal portions and food quality were good.<br/>Good job MONTANA.!!<br/>We went there on a booking again, on 30/09/17. Party of three couples.<br/>First we were told by our waiter that separate billing per couple, was impossible, due to the kitchen being very busy. It was 17h30 and the place was about at 50% capacity.<br/>When our food eventually arrived at lengthy intervals, at our table, the food was cold.<br/>I had the fried hake and chips, the fish portion was approx 160 mm long and broken into 2 separate pieces. Half of the chips were old and brown and were covered with fresher ones on top.<br/>My partner had the Vietnamese chicken and pineapple stir fry, which she found to be very oily and lacking any sauce or moisture, served on cold rice.<br/>I can not speak for the other two couples.<br/>It seems like the quality of the food and service has dropped, compared to our first visit.

We went to Crawdaddys for date night. I would say that they have a lovely atmosphere but it felt like everyone was sitting on top of eachother. We could not hear eachother talk. The service was also okay. <br/><br/>We had the Grande Nachos as a starter and it was okay but very bland. It needs more flavor. <br/><br/>I had the Schnitzel of Chicken with cheese sauce, with spinach and pumpkin as a side and it was amazing! I would definitely recommend this tasty meal. <br/><br/>He had the Beef Onion & Grilled Cheese Schnitzel with chips as a side. The chips were really nice but the Schnitzel was very dry.<br/><br/>Overall it was still a great night. <br/><br/>

Food was delicious and much enjoyed our meal. Ambiance is comfortable too and decor is fun. Service was a little lacking and slow. We were seated and had to find someone to take our drinks order, our waitress was friendly. Also, suppling a 'bones' plate and a finger bath / wet napkins to guests who eat 'finger foods' would be a welcome extra. Make a reservation, they get busy.

Very disappointed!! Firstly the table we booked was taken by a person whom the manager said "insisted on sitting at the table we booked". The food took 2(two) hours (they were out of potatoes for fries). The tables are so close to each other that the waiters keep bumping your chair. So if you sit, you STAY, otherwise you will bump into the table behind you as well. When the food eventually came, the waiter had no idea who ordered what and gave us all the wrong steaks. The food was good, I will give them that, but It was so noisy we just sat there looking at each other. First time around I thought they were just having a bad night as they were new and very busy. We then went again with not much luck either. Will try again in 6 months to see if they improved.<br/>Current standing in my books: Overall bad, busy, noisy vibe. These guys cannot get the basics right! I will rather go to O'galitos in the same complex - classier vibe, more mature waiters.

So this was not a perfect celebration night out. But overall okay. Yes we were a biggish table (10). But will rather opted for one of the other branches. The waiter was English & she had a bit of a hard time getting our order as the music is quite loud (maybe it was just where we were seated).<br/>The mains did not came out at the same time. Not even the sides of the meals. Sorry but this was really unacceptable. I ended up waiting quite some time (20+min) for my chicken curry. But she already brought out my sides (rice & a very salty dough ball) that got cold as I was still waiting for my main. When the waiter brought the curry she mentioned that this was the quickest curry the kitchen has ever made…..well I could taste that as the chicken was tuff and tasted like they pre-prepared it to get it cooked & then just added it to the curry sauce - at least the curry sauce was really flavourful & enjoyable. My husband’s T-Bone was soft & well prepared. Mother in-law enjoyed her chicken cordon bleu & it was big, the chicken snitchzel is huge.<br/>Dessert jazzed up my evening with a delicious & smooth crème Brulèe. The waffle lacked colour it looked a bit soft instead of crispy to my liking and the malva pudding was a quite a big potion. <br/>Having visited the other branches I would not recommend this one. I’ve had ribs, Pemba hake, caramelised balsamic onions& camembert sirloin and chicken corn/bacon chowder at the other branches maybe those are better options or there marked speciality dishes.

I love crawdaddys! Sadly this one had disappointed us twice and won't be going back anytime soon. Last night we decide to go here for a farewell dinner. Was seated down the side of a horrible little alley no table cloths, no utensils, this is like the reject tables that you get shoved into so they make more money. <br/><br/>We asked to be moved to an inside table, which after some time was allowed. Sat down and the tables are so jammed packed on top of one another nobody can walk. I had to stand up multiple times to allow people to pass. I had waiter pushing past and hitting me in the head while I was eating, just trying to do their job. <br/><br/>The owner seems to have jammed packed the restaurant so much that it's actually becoming a problem, being greedy is what will see your restaurant going down.<br/><br/>Then the food. I love their food but this branch is flavourless, overcooked and skimpy to say the least. I had one steak no sauce which is supposed to come with sauce and only 5 chips all of this for R140. <br/><br/>I will not be going back here any time soon.<br/><br/>My suggestion get rid of atleast 6 tables and fix the layout of your seating. And the tables down the side get rid of them, nobody needs to be sitting in an alley with no lights and people knocking you when they trying to serve you.

Had dinner on 28/04/2017.  Disaster, we waited very long for our starter and when we received the starters, our morocco steak strips did not had any steak strips.  The waiter said the kitchen will make it for us but 20 minutes later the steak were in the dish but burned.  We order our food and had to wait for 45min.  The waiter keep on saying sorry it is rush hour!!  The main meals arrived but one of the meals ordered were cold.  We had to send it back.I really hope that Crawdaddy's head office will visit the Montana branch as we eat by Crawdaddy's brooklin and centurion a lot but wonderboom is giving group a very bad taste.

First experience at Crawdaddy's not impressed at all. Food order not as ordered, to loud and taste not as expected. Will not recommend to friends and family.

we were so excited to have a new what seems a quality restaurant in our area. We went last night , a disaster. I was the first booking on their list as I phoned before opening time and left a message which was ignored , so phoned again at opening time and booked a table inside. When we arrived the excuse was that people swapped outside for inside and now there is a mix up and they are full .... we had to sit outside next to a large group of small children and parents celebrating a very noisy birthday party. Service was so slow we had to wave numerous times to get someone to call our waiter. the starter Haloumi cheese cubes was very nice and a large helping. Waited ages for mains, which was eventually served by another waitron as ours was too busy.  I received lamb chops with some watery sauce on it and floppy tired looking chips, no garnish at all. My wife's Fillet was ordered medium rare , but arrived overdone. When we mentioned it we were told oh, the steel skillet must have been too hot and it kept on cooking....... At this stage we were so hungry and to wait another long period she rather had it, was not too bad.  Desert was one peppermint crisp tart to share, when it finally arrived it was huge, good we shared it , was not the worst we've had. The finale was when our espresso coffees never arrived, we gave up and left, no one offered a bill, just thanked us out the door. We then told them we were not happy and still have to settle, which we did. The waiter seemed surprised when he did not get his 10% tip! We were also offered other tables orders no less than 3 times as the server had no clue whose order it was.<br/> <br/><br/>Now 8 months later, we have been back several times and have had vastly improved experiences every time. a Few niggles like receiving starters and mains at the same time or a medium rare steak in a boiling hot steel skillet, by the time you eat it you have a well done steak. Apart from that only good experiences with management and staff , good service and good value for money food.  We  now go  there once a week. <br/><br/>Great improvement and am recommending a visit to everyone we meet.

I am a big fan of Crawdaddy's and this branch was just as good as the rest I have been to. It was full and had a great vibe throughout the night. The food was also great as usual. I usually have steak, calamari or prawns and swap between the different combos. Either one of those options will not disappoint you.

Went here on Saturday for a family dinner and had the most wonderful experience!<br/>The service was great. Our waitress was delightful. Everyone was very friendly. And each and every meal was delicious!! We had everything from seafood to steak to curry. All great. <br/>The kiddies play area outside is fantastic too with lovely staff to assist and watch the little ones.<br/><br/>Love this place! Will be back ASAP
