Friendly,fast service,delicious South African breakfast,reasonable prices.

Great atmosphere, the food and drinks are good but the best is the service, our waitress and the managers were very attentive and accommodating.

It's easy to see why this is a popular favourite. Cappaccino's Woodlands has great service, delicious good and a calm atmosphere. It's the perfect restaurant for a quiet meal before or perhaps after a movie or late afternoon shopping. It has quiet nooks for couples and big enough tables to accommodate large groups comfortably. The music was soft and relaxing and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend a visit and they will see me there again soon.

They have an affordable breakfast menu, the service was good and the food was just okay. Lovely outside view and atmosphere.

We were happy to have a dinner on Sunday at 8h00! All the other restaurants around had the kitchen close at 8h00pm! But the pasta napoletana was overcooked! The Haloumi salad was nice! The waitress was friendly and well trained.

I was at Cappuccino's woodlands on 21 September 2023. I had the best Basil-Pesto Chicken I have ever tasted. It was just spectacular. The service was good and the atmosphere was also good. I really enjoyed my food. If you are reading this please do go and try their Basil-Pesto Chicken... YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

We ordered a South African Breakfast and an Omelette. The omelette was a real standout – it was huge, delicious, and generously stuffed with fillings, especially with the added avo and feta. The South African breakfast was equally tasty, with the hash browns being a highlight for me. Service was top-notch, with our waitress being extremely friendly and efficient. We were a bit pressed for time, but we managed to enjoy our breakfast thoroughly with time to spare, thanks to her promptness. The ambiance of the restaurant is very pleasing, with a calming and relaxed atmosphere. The view from the deck over the golf course adds a touch of tranquility to the dining experience. However, I must say, the upstairs area feels a bit like an afterthought and could use some attention. In terms of value, the generous size of the omelette certainly made the meal worth the price. This restaurant is definitely a solid choice for consistently tasty meals, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cappuccino’s for anyone looking to enjoy a good meal in a serene setting.

The location is very good and convenient, has a beautiful view if you seat in the upper side of the restaurant. Their pizzas are delicious, every time we visit Woodlands mall and crave some pizza this is the place to go. The cakes look amazing and taste amazing! The service is friendly and fast.

Waiter were talking soft for i am 60+ i repeated some detail of the order to make shure i have the correct detail. She striped her walk away and send someone als to take our order. That waiter were nice an paitiant. Our order was correct and food were very nice.

The food is always good and the atmosphere is great! However if you come here to work (they have a small work area on the top floor) be ready to be forgotten. Although I appreciate not being checked on every 2 minutes, there is often no-one around to call over to take an order. I’ve had to stand up to get a waiter’s attention before.

Large side salad to go with the ham and cheese sandwich. I also treated myself to one of their cakes of the day. For just R125. I'm stuffed. Decent service. Amazing view of the Woodhull estate. Not bad. Only issue, I was really craving eggs but there's no breakfast after 12pm.

Always good service, delicious food at affordable prices! The spinach and feta trammezini is especially worth trying!

After a bad incident I had at another Cappuccinos, my friends persuaded me to try out the Cappuccinos at Woodlands Mall. Our table was reserved and Albert took care of us. Albert told us about the specials and took our drink orders. Opted for a glass of Lourensford red which I enjoyed. For mains, we had rump, sirloin, pizza and chicken schnitzel. My rump was served medium rare with a creamy garlic sauce. Good all-round evening.

This restaurant is not geared to cater to an almost full restaurant. We have been waiting for food for hours and all we've been hearing is that the food is coming...Not recommending this restaurant at all

Always a pleasant experience. The food does take a little while but it's totally worth the wait.<br/><br/>The kids love the play area. It is one of the few restaurants with an awesome play area.<br/><br/>

Pathetic service. We waited 40 minutes for 3 pizzas and when we complained the floor manager have us attitude. Never again. This was not a pleasant experience at all.<br/>

One of my favorites. I frequently visit Cappuccinos whether it’s a breakfast after church or a pizza before movies and they never disappoint. A well balanced menu and a relaxed atmosphere. Worth a visit.

So we decided to go to Cappucinos for dinner after a long day of work and training. It was very disappointing. We ordered a pasta and pizza and then had to wait over an hour and a half for food and finally we received but the food was flavorless and on the whole unsatisfying. We took most of it home to 'Fix' it. The staff also seem uninterested. It's never a good thing when you leave a restaurant still hungry and wondering if McDonald's would of been a better choice

This is about the 5th or 6th time we have been here. I suppose that is testament to the atmosphere and the food. The deck outside has a view and this lends itself to conversation and relaxation. The ideal spot for a glass of wine and a snack or a light lunch. We are regulars for the foccacia and keep coming back. Fresh, clean, open air, tasty food with all the nuances of Italy. An added plus is that the waitress was great and served us really well. Quirky and current. You can't go wrong.

Went here for a quick pizza. Staff is friendly but the food is not as we hoped for. We had a pizza Romana and a pizza Rucola. We've had better pizza's to be honest.

If it wasn't for the convenient location, I wouldn't make the effort to go there.<br/>The last experience was a terrible one as I was seated upstairs, outside with the view over the golf estate, but halfway through my meal the kitchen and service staff pulled chairs from the adjacent table and proceeded to take their staff break outside as well.  This was quite unpleasant and i am sure does not comply with the operational standards as set by the franchise.  Some serious training and "laying down the law" for this lot should be taken up.<br/><br/>As for the food, always what you can expect - consistency and value.  Although I was quite sad to see my favourite penne pasta with chicken and broccoli didn't make the cut for the latest menu revamp.

Nice restaurant to spend lunch and dinner at with family and friends. <br/>The food took a bit long to arrive, but overall it was a good experience. <br/>Update:<br/>went there are and the seafood pasta looks nothing how it looks on the menu

Haven't been here in ages until last night. Had to wait about 15 min for a table (good sign if they're that busy right?) Service was surprisingly good, but not brilliant. Had an old favourite, the Cordon Bleu with roast veg/stir fry, and it did not disappoint. Really yum. Rest of the food (hake, fillet, kids pizza and burger) looked very average. Kiddies play area was a bonus. In short, it still is a Cappuccinos.

For the most part we always enjoy the food at this restaurant. Pretty much everything we have tried on the menu, from breakfast, grills, starters, pastas, cocktails and pizzas, has been good. The play area is not always pleasant for the little ones as the sun heats the decking, artificial grass and play equipment to such a point that it burns bare little feet very badly and with no shade covers this problem will remain until management make the play area a larger priority. The service is usually good and on the rare occasion that it is less than, we have found the issue mainly falls with the server not the restaurant as a whole.

We came here for breakfast this morning but left quite quickly. Although they were open and ready for customers, the tables was still dirty with some foodspills. 😞<br/><br/>We were here before and normally the pizza is quite good. Unfortunately they also do not have any hot breakfast options for vegetarians. <br/><br/>Its a pity as they used to be quite good.

An enormous restaurant with ample space. The ambiance is greatly affected by this as everyone clutters to the popular spaces and avoids the rest. The top floor is the smoking area and smells of it. <br/><br/>The food is always good, I've never had a bad meal at Cappuccinos. We had the feta & peppadew pasta which was quite spicy and the gorgonzola steak. The sauce was extremely rich and I could hardly eat half. <br/><br/>Its greatly annoying that 200g rump is not offered on the menu. Just a coffee review - cozy place with lots of seating options, inside, outside or upstairs. Service is fast and the staff are friendly & attentive. Fiancé had a double cappucino and I went for the hazelnut cappucino, both good quality coffees at a decent price. The atmosphere is great and the place is busy. Would go back to try some main dishes, the menu is extensive and the cake selection was good as well.

Whether it is a quick coffee after church, a light lunch in between shopping or a family gathering, Cappuccinos would always be a favorite. We enjoyed a light beef carpaccio starter and pepperoni supremo pizza. Delicious!

Had a nice brunch at Cappuccino's with my hubby & son. The food was quite appetizing but the milkshakes were tasteless. Other than the milkshakes everything was what you would expect of a Cappuccino's

A good time. I haven't been there in a while but was pleasantly surprised by the welcome at the door and the good service throughout the evening. I'll go there again.

We ate breakfast at Woodlands Cappuccinos on a Saturday morning. The service food was great and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. My mother had an omelette and I had a fritatta. Can recommend them for a visit anytime.

Whenever Tayla and I are looking for a quick affordable bite to eat we head out to Cappuccinos in Woodlands. <br/>As I'm trying out the Banting thing lately my breakfast options are limited, but the best omelet I've ever had was here! It was huge but filled with flavor! <br/><br/>For lunch I usually have a salad which is always fresh and very filling! And while you're there have a cappuccino, there's a reason its their name!

This is definitely an old favourite for a good cappuccino; a decent meal and really good service. Been going here for 7+ years and never been disappointed.

It's always very hard for me to review a franchise because they exactly what you would expect. If you have never been to a cappuccinos it's definitely worth visiting and they have a good view from<br/>Upstairs. Their "cappuccinos" are unfortunately not as good as you would expect.

A bold 5 because of the service ! After a big disappointment at another restaurant this establishment restored my faith in franchises. Fast service . I could smile and enjoy every moment . The food was good and the waiter was well trained . Keep up the good work !

Their bacon and vodka pasta is simply pure heaven! Not a lot of resturaunts always have what im craving for but this place has it all plus delightful atmosphere and staff.

After being greeted promptly in avery friendly matter by die hostess/manager and the beverage order was taken. There seemed to be a confusion amongst the waiters as to who's table it was. 3 waiter came to take a drink order after it was placed. The beverages took no less then 5 minutes to arrive which is understandable for 2 cuppachinos with foam.<br/><br/>The waiter wasnt very friendly and just droped off the drinks without taking a food a order. In the total of 35minutes the waiter only came by once to check on us. What seemed to be the owner and manager sat at the table behind us, but no manager was on the floor to do rounds by the clients.<br/><br/>Overall the restaurant was quite and despite 5 waiters just standing around there was dirty tables and even when my cup was empty and a waiter aknowledged it, he just walk by without clearing out the table of any empty cups. The bathroom and in general the restautlrant seemed to be clean.<br/><br/>Due to mall layout, suppliers have to enter through the main entrance of the restaurant, but now management would stand at the front desk to check the stock according to the invoice whilst the supplier delivery men and stock stood at the door and not leaving a very pleasant sight.<br/><br/>After no one came to take out order we decided to ask for the bill and leave to have lunch somewhere els. After the bill was settled there was no after sales service whatsoever.<br/><br/>All staff was dressed probably including name badges, which is a general problem in restaurants, their aprons was clean and ironed, which leaves a nice impression of a clean feeling.<br/><br/>As per past experiences from Cappuccinos Menlyn. I will give them a 3 out of 5. A good restaurant overall, just need attention to detail.<br/><br/>Will i recomend them to friends and family? As a quick coffee date or late night dinner after a movie, perhaps. A family restaurant catering for moms with toddler's l, not my first choice.
