Am very impressed with this mug and bean, the fact that the chef Oupa takes his job seriously as a chef it's these rare talented people that need to get noticed. I had the honor to meet the chef, and it's such a big pleasure to see a chef come out of the kitchen to come say hello quickly. Their food is tops fresh and amazing also
Thank you to our waiter Shigi, his fast, and such a good man, respectful, and has a smile on his face, just that smile will bring me back to mug and bean! The owner can be really proud the team you have is what drives a successful business. It shows ne that this owner really cares about service!

I spend time here quite often. I've never had issues. The service has always been fast and friendly, and the food has always been fresh and delicious. I'd definitely recommend the caramel cheesecake! The manager makes a point out of it to check up on you and takes service and quality very serious, that's something to be appreciated.

The menu offered a variety of tasty options, and the cozy ambiance made for a pleasant dining experience. However, the service was not as warm and attentive as I've come to expect from Mugg & Bean. Despite this, the quality of the food and the overall environment still make it a worthwhile place to enjoy a meal.

I really hope the public sees this review, because I have never been more impressed with a company's service in my life. I ordered breakfast on 3 September 2022. The Uber Driver forgot my drink. Today is 29 July 2023 and I completely forgot about this. Mugg and Bean Brooklyn just called me, explained the above situation to me and asked if they could send me and extra drink. They also offered anything complimentary from the menu to apologize! Many a times this has happened at other restaurants. Have you ever heard of better customer service?!

Excellent customer service! We had a terrific brunch, and everything we ordered was above expectations. Initially one of our orders came out incorrectly prepared, but the waiter and manager promptly took care of the issue. The chef came out, sat at our table and apologied. It wasn't his fault, it was just a busy morning. But he was focused on making our meal perfect. We were extremely happy and will make this Mugg and Bean a regular spot for us.
