This was such a gem! The Food was amazing and the service was great. I tried the onion flan, it's definitely a must try if you come to this restaurant. I also had the pork belly and a side portion of Rigatoni with artichoke and pancetta. All amazing! The waitresses were super helpful and attentive. I'm glad I stopped by by lunch.

I must say that this cozy restaurant has left the best impressions!!! Firstly acknowledging the friendly and professional staff... Krishan you were amazing!!! He gave us an experience as he was taking our orders he was recommending meals that we can try out and that made me definitely want to come back and try different dishes. Let me take this opportunity to thank @Alfies_pta for hosting us yesterday. We had a great time and definitely the experience we were hoping for!!!!

The food was really good at the Main restaurant but the ambiance was somewhat lacking.
I do know their renovating the place but it felt really sparse and the service is not consistent, I would actually say its bad. We had two waitrons help us because the one just left to have a beer with his friend. Unprofessional.
At the cafe. You had to jump around to get any attention from the waitrons. It was if the Manager left the restaurant and let the kids do whatever they wanted.
** After leaving this review the Management team went above and beyond to make sure I am a happy customer the next time I visit. For that I will bump up their ratings**

Once you have tried Alfie's pizza you will not be able to have pizza anywhere else in Pretoria. I have been there multiple times over the past two years and the excellent quality of food and service stays consistently perfect. Brilliant.

A lovely little cafe. Been here 3 times and LOVED the pastas. The portions are quite generous so come with a healthy appetite. Their chicken and fish dishes that my family ate were delicious too. Value for money and great food! Plus, you got to try the espresso with a shot of limoncello - it is LIFE CHANGINGLY GOOD!!! And they have tiramisu!!! Keen to try the flan the next time - I tried the flan (fondant) and my gosh...it was INCREDIBLE!!! A little disappointed with the Irish coffee though.
Normally they serve grappa with an espresso. But I tried it with Limoncello...MUST HAVE! It pairs so well together.

Awesome little Italian restaurant in a vibey street! Real Italian food...and its delicious...with a welcoming, homely feel. Great service, good wine list. I have never had a bad meal or experience here. Highly recommended!

Came here 8 years ago and loved it. Visited Pretoria again and was delighted to see it was still going strong. Pasta and the caprese salad was as great as I remember.
