What can i say from entering Fumo we got great service. We got two oysters compliments from the chef. The waiters are good and fast. They are very friendly. Im happy that i took one of the recommended choices it was great. Thanks Fumo !!!!

Disappointment - Purple Pepper Spot Review OMW! If you thought of having the lamb neck Tortilini (Tortilini di Angelo) at this restaurant, please don't as it is dry, tasteless and costs a fortune. Not going going to bother doing a full Purple Pepper review as it is not worth it. No apologies from anyone, only attitude

I liked the restaurant and the menu is great as well as the wine list. My ravioli that I ordered however was not el dente...it was still raw and not thoroughly cooked.. please make sure before you send it out to customers.

My fiance and I went for a later dinner on a Friday night. The wonderful lady at the door was super hospitable, the service staff attentive, and the food was PHENOMENAL. My only regret was not ordering the coffee encrusted venison. While my salmon as superb, my fiance'a entree was one of the best steaks I've tasted in my life. In all, superior wine selection, superb scotch selection, and a flawless night.

We, my friend Vittorio and I were recommended to have the best #pizza outside Napoli recommended by our Napoletana friend and so we went off to Fumo in Groenkloof. Maybe just an off day but the bread dough was good, not crusty and what we expected. The pizza was hot, great. The fillings were fresh but the cheese was just not so great. It did not live up to the recommendation but we will go back. Gave it a 6/10 - and they do have the best grappa selection I have seen in a long long time.
