I had the half day spa package on my birthday and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious, the venue was Beautiful 😍 and the two ladies at Sensi spa was so friendly. In fact, all the staff was friendly, from the security, reception, restaurant and spa. They literally gave me the red carpet treatment. It was my first time here and I really enjoyed the pampering. I highly recommend 👌 Will definitely visit again👌👌👌

Took my partner for her birthday here - the room was better than the pictures so I was content with that, the restaurant was also good & the singing was enjoyable along with the ambiance. The only thing was the massage: we were not only being rushed but the massage was rough. As in we left more sore than we came in.

We booked romantic spa package. Room was decorated with rose petals and they really made it very special. Dinner in a private gazebo and singing waiters was just so special. Ayden our waiter was such a delight. I will most certainly be returning

The architecture and interior decor are beautiful and really makes you feel like you're in a Tuscan home. The food is also divine. Safe location close to the highway.

International standard facility. Tranquil and beautiful place. The food is awesome and the environment so inviting. Even though walk ins are welcome, one has to book in advance to avoid disappointments. The place has so much to offer, live concerts, spas, two to three course meals and lodging. Very spacious and elegant rooms. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed at the Casa Toscana hotel for our 1 year wedding anniversary. It was an amazing unforgettable experience. We were welcomed by Andile who was just delightful, his front desk manner was mind blowing. He was friendly and very helpful, assisted us immediately and had us settled into our room within 7 minutes of arriving. For the 2 days that we were there we were attended to with utmost warmth. Our every need was catered with utmost perfection making us feel so special and important. We had such a delightful experience, and their great services have left us no room for any complaints. My wife was mesmerized by the hotel room’s interior design, and the way everything had been decorated. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was very clean and tidy. At the restaurant the food served was plated with such elegance, and tasted delicious. The waiters are extremely talented not only did they provide us with brilliant service they also entertained us by singing, spectacular voices, dinner and a show. The staff was very considerate, and courteous to all our requests. Overall GREAT VENUE! EXCELLENT SERVICE! WONDERFUL STAY!!

Excellent service from Lydia, Zoe and Nicky. Singer/ Waiter, Leroy was outstanding. Bartender, Vusi, cocktails were amazing. I cannot fault a single thing. Accommodation and food was worth every cent. Thank you for the exceptional stay.

Rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. fantastic staff. the atmosphere was very welcoming. the food and service at the restaurant was exceptional. so much so that me and the wife decided to not go out and to have dinner as well at the lodge - the food again did not disappoint and was mind blowingly delicious. you guys have a real gem here and we will return next year for our wedding anniversary. hats off to the chef which prepared the delicious meals. even the breakfast was excellent and oh so delicious. ,many thanks for everything and making our stay so enjoyable

I almost always pass this place when going to my office... Busy and vibrant. With its high walls, I always wondered how the inside looked. Eventually we booked here for one of our strategy days. It is a fabulous venue with a European touch. The buildings and finishings iconic. The service was on point... Imagine the caviar was the personal touch of honey amd lemons for my rooibos. Lekker 🙏.

This is a fine dining experience of epic proportions. A 6 course meal with each beautifully presented dish even more delicious than the last. The entertainment was lovely, a little awkward to be served by people who deserve to rather be on stage than serving food, very talented. A thoroughly enjoyable evening.

The place is amazing and clean,staff very helpful. I went for a massage, it was ok. You need to be at least 15 min before ur allocated time cos the massage place is a bit of a walk and make sure u let them know u have arrived. The therapists don't have a sense of urgency however their manager is understanding.The restaurant staff is friendly!!!

Dis 'n skande!!!! Was Vrydag die eerste keer by die Blouhond�. Hoe is dit moontlik om so 'n juweel van 'n plek te mis? Dit was 'n belewenis... en defnitief nie die laaste keer dat ons daar gaan wees nie.

Dit is regtig n ondervinding, en die atmosfeer is so lekker, die kos is heerlik, sal dit definitief aanbeveel

Wow what a show. Host was awesome service great and venue perfect. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relax atmosphere and great night out. Thx guys we will be back.

Het Blackbyrd gaan kyk, wat n AWESOME plek en die kos is altyd lekker. Phillip Moolman kan regtig maar ook sou nou en dan die hele aand vir homself vat. Phillip jy is n goeie "intertainer" Dankie vir n HEERLIKE aand.

Ons was Sondag vir die eerste keer by die Blou Hond!!! Sjoe!!!! Uitstekend!!!! Sal weer en weer wil gaan ... Kos was verby heeeeerlik lekker en smaakvol!!! Gasheer almal tuis laat voel met sy staaltjies en mooi musiek. Voor program was 'n verrassing. Sal graag meer van hul in toekoms wil hoor. Dan .... Touch of Class!!! Wow!!! WOW

Vandag se Moedersdag was uitstekend. Philip jy die jong dame en Jak was uitstekend. Ons derde keer by julle en elke keer geniet ons dit gate uit. Doen so voort.

Die Blou Hond met Koos Kombuis en Christiaan en Philip het gisteraand gerock. Dit bly die beste plek vir ons reune en tewe om uit te hang. Julle is great!!!!!

Ons loooove (woef woef) die admosfeer & voel altyd soos familie saam in 'n huis. Die meer intieme vertonings is spesiaal & kos altyd lekker. Radio Kalahari orkes was uitstekend!

Kon nie 'n beter plek gekies het vir ons 10 jaar huweliks herdenking nie! Julle is die beste en BlackByrd julle gee ons hoendervleis!!

Lekker gekuier. Phillip is n baie goeie gasheer. Hy het ons laat welkom voel soos ou vriende doen. Ete was heerlik. Die show, Adam Tas, wat kan ek meer se. Uit die boonste rakke. Kan nie wag vir om wer te gaan nie. Dankie Blou Hond!!!!
