Review La Mexicana Tequileria - Potchefstroom

Been here twice in a week and i must say the vibe is amazing the prices are freaking awesome and mainly the customer service is great. Feel free to ask for Thomas or victor to ensure you have the best night not only restricted to them but the whole team is amazing.

🇲🇽Probably the most authentic place in Potch to sit, grab a drink, have some fantastic food or even just stop by for a shot or two. Their tequila range is fantastic! 🍽️The menu is a bit small but well worth it when you get your plate. Hearty portions and home-cooked flavors. 👍🏻Never had any rude or unkind waiters - one time even had a waiter do magic tricks for us! They're always friendly and willing to listen to compromise for fussy orders. (like mine since I can't have spicy food 🙈)

It has the same vibe as Texas rock bar (probably due to having the same owner). It is a lesser known place ,a shane if you ask me, and is sometimes a bit less busy than most of it's neighbouring establishments. This does not mean,however they don't have great food, music and service. A must try when in the potchefstroom area.

Excellent experience, the manager is top class and knows what he is doing, I have never had a bad experience here and I've been coming here for longer than a year now, this place really deserves all the credit.

Great atmosphere and great food! Always enough tequila to get any party started. Gives a real Spanish vibe, they always have spanish music playing and they keep the decor fresh and interesting. La Mexicana is perfect for the start of a night out or just a simple date night for two- sharing Sangria and eating Nachos

The food was absolutely amazing. Not to mention the free tequila shot with any food order. Service could use some work but over all an easy going place. Love love love.

I enjoyed the food, even though it felt like their main aim was to get me drunk. I enjoyed the vibe. Definitely my favorite spot.

Had a Sparkling Wine tasting event. Very fun and met new people! Place just needs a fan indoors!

Words cannot describe the levels of satisfaction this place brings to me as a second time visitor to the terrain, from Management to fellow customers, I'd suggest you make turn and make memories not only that but share an experience.
