They were BUSY being Saturday lunch time in a mall, and tables are crowded close together - but it serves the purpose and you're not going there for relaxed or romantic atmosphere.

Awesome refurbishment of this restaurant. I preferred the old location of the resturant due to foot traffic, however it seems to be able to accommodate/seat more people.

Great food. Really nice burgers we had. Just one patty a bit overcooked. The service from Pretty was the absolute best. I just had to give to give her a tip much more than the 10 percent. When in PE, we will visit again.
Waiters are always friendly. Food is great and I feel the food is well priced. I love having breakfast at Cafe Capellini. I also love the atmosphere and decor.
