Very cosy restaurant with good service and good food. Wonderful cappuccinos.

Great service. We were welcomed by the friendly helpful waitress. The food was mouthwatering and it was desplayed well. The filtered coffee was enjoyable, not overpowering strong, just perfect. Menu pricing is moderate but it is value for money. I would recommend them.

If you're looking for a semi-quiet coffee shop to have a quick bite, whilst shopping at Baywest, this is the place. Spacious and interesting. Lots of things to look and buy whilst waiting for your food. The cakes were lovely! Pricing a little expensive but not completely exorbitant. Good environment for parents with young children who can't deal with stimulation overload. I would certainly recommend this coffee shop!

We went there today and really loved it. This is, if not THE best eatery in Baywest Mall, definitely one of the top 3 eateries in the Baywest Mall. Sure, all the junkfood fodder outlets are represented but this is the place you come to when you want FOOD. Our waiter was friendly, efficient and on top of his game and the food was amazing. One of few places where a “freshly squeezed juice” really is a freshly squeezed juice. Will try the dessert next time.

I was dining at primavera today situated on first floor in baywest. I was welcomed by staff.I had a chicken schnitzel my parents had a steak with veg and chips which was perfect ly prepared juicy and succulent. They were more than reasonably priced. Well done

My daughter and I enjoyed a very nice breakfast at this spot (was previously Melissa's) in Baywest this morning. Ee were served by a very funky waitress called Vuyo who was delightful. We ordered cappucinnos and poached egg, bacon on rosti and poached eggs, bacon on toasted ciabatta and both topped with hollandaise. The prices seem a bit steep for what you actually get but can honestly say the quality of ingredients, the way it's cooked and the service make up for it. The bill for two including the cappucinnos came to just over R200 before tip. Would definitely go back to this cut above eatery.
