Best calamari ever! Was super disappointed with another places ridiculous prices for next to nothing portion sizes! Came here and got DOUBLE the portion for three times less!

We never even got time to take a photo we started eating so quick. The calamari tubes grilled and calamari strips fried, were amazing. Chips were crisp and delicious and then we got to taste the fish curry....... out of this world...

Heerlik om daar te eet. Die personeel baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ek is woonagtig in Kaapstad en beveel die plek aan san ons personeel wat daar kontrakte doen.
Die kos is keurig en watertand lekker.

My family and I love your place. Always a warm smile to great you on arrival and the food is unpretentious yet delicious and very well priced. We try eat a meal here every time we are in Port Elizabeth. The kids love playing on the boat and life raft. Well done guys and gals you can be super proud of what you have going here.

Had the freshest fish and chips and calamari this year and the serving size was generous. Taste superb and well cooked to retain the juiciness and freshness.
Food was good. Very good portions and value for money.
Ordered snoek and chips, family ordered hake and chips. All liked it. Most agree it needed some flavour options like lemon butter sauce or Cajun spiced to go with it as I found it too bland. Maybe it's my personal preference.

As a visitor to PE from Gauteng, you are always looking for that one spot that can deliver a good piece of fish and some calamari. Now this place is a must stop. The tender calamari is on point and so are all the other dishes. My second time in a week. Just had to go back. Went there on a Sunday and the que was out the door, but within a few minutes, I was ordering already. Interesting decor and what a vibe. Prices are good and the staff seems to know most of their customers. Busy place and they keep smiling. Keep up all you do,its working.
Food is really fresh! It's also quite affordable. It's order at counter, no table service. It's still quite clean, and there aren't too many seagulls bothering you. It's a short distance from the harbour so you can check out the boats after your meal.
My wife and I had hake and chips there yesterday. Food was fresh and tasty. Wery well organized queuing system with friendly, helpful staff. Nice quiet and relaced atmosphere.

If you like fish this is the place. Fish can be chosen fried or grilled and it tastes amazingly. The atmosphere is incredible. Service is quite fast too.
What a great experience food was fresh and tasteful. Big portions and for the price, it is well worth it .
Good seafood at very reasonable prices. Only thing that bothered me was the use if disposable containers and cutlery for the food. What a massive waste of plastic everyday!
I can see why This is Eat came so highly recommended. There was a queue to get in which is always a good sign. The fish was fresh and beautifully prepared. The rice with all that yummy lemon butter sauce in it is a must.
If you are after a perfectly cooked fish, this is the place to go in Port Elizabeth. Tasty food, served to take away, but you can stay there and enjoy your food admiring the interior sporting hundreds of sea- and sports-related items. Great coffe also available.
My hubby loves the fish and calamari. We are definitely returning to EAT! The setting is beautiful and the atmosphere and service superb!
The best fresh seafood in Port Elizabeth. Fast and friendly service, even on the busiest days and times. Very reasonable prices. No hang ups, no frills, just good fresh food done well. Will recommend for anyone who loves seafood.
