Certainly the best restaurant in SA. On our 2016/ 2017 holiday we were so amazed by our first culinary experience at Fusion we had to stop on our way home. The food is out of this world, the flavour combinations make your mouth and brain go into over drive. Over and beyond service and the best atmosphere what more can you say except it's not food it's art !!!! Thank you Fusion for making our holiday foodie experience explode with joy ......

Was there last night with my better half and WOW, the food was the best experience I've ever had the privilege of enjoying.
I have dined at Nobu's Restaurants and I can tell you one thing, even though his restaurants are rated as the best sushi joints in the world, your meals were far superior in every way possible. Oh, and those mussels, I will literally give up everything to eat that everyday.
Keep up the amazing work and you will definitely be seeing more of us.
I have been going to Fushin since they opened and never have I had a bad meal. Mark probably won't remember but one of my first experiences was when my friends and I were waiting for a table at Soho lounge and our waitron forgot so naturally I was annoyed but when we eventually got a table he personally made sure we were fine and asked us to try a number of dishes at no charge. So I have been a loyal happy patron since then�

Enjoyed a beautifully presented meal that lived up to the reports I heard about this lovely eating venue. I arrived early from St Phillips Guest House just down the road and probably just as well as restaurant filled up quickly as I was finishing my most enjoyable meal. My 5 star rating is well deserved.

Awesome food, great service! We made a special detour on our way back from Addo park and it worth every single effort. Fushin Rolls, New York Rolls and Shitaki mashrooms so delicious and wine list compliments every dish. Highly recommended for lunch, dinner and any time. Food is absolutely devine made from fresh ingredients. They also have take out service if you want to take it with you.
The only place to eat world class sushi in SA. Try their poke bowls...

Pleasant experience. The pepper ribs were interesting. Sushi platter is pretty much what anyone would expect - perhaps not exactly the best I've ever had, but any criticism would be little more than petty nit-picking. Prices reasonable. Would recommend.
Really Eastern inspired nice food, best enjoyed as a variety of tapas dishes to share in a group or by yourself. A goal to try the whole menu with so many options to choose from. The staff know the menu well and the chefs put the effort in, and you can taste it. Friendly staff, if you nice to them, they will take care of you!

Exceptional! Is all I can think up at this point. But even that is an understatement. The beautiful flavours and the literally mouth numbing dishes and sushi are unlike any other in South Africa. The price is reasonable in relation to the quality considering the sources of some of the menu offerings and a Japanese head chef, 73 years of age and an absolute master in what he does. This receives my personal recommendation and I am more than willing to vouch for every one of those stars.
We had a great experience. The food is great as always, Mark suggested us two dishes of the menu - personalized hospitality from the heart! Martin and his coworkers work hard to please the patrons! Well done!
One of the best Sushi Restaurants in PE. Fantastic veriety of sushi dishes with craft beer and even imported Japanese sake and lager. Very friendly staff and always a great sushi experience. I recommend taking the New York and Blue Flame.
It was the first time for us in PE and we were looking for a nice place to eat on a Sunday evening. The restaurant is looking very nice and welcomming. The food is very good and delicious. The staff is very friendly, helpful and fast. If you are not sure what you should order they are pleased helping you to find the right for you. We can highly recommend it to go there.
The most sublime sushi house in SA, if not better than Willoughby's. A delight to find in PE and I will certainly spend more time there in future. The menu is fresh, the fare is supurb and the service is faultless. The waiters know their stuff and make it easy. Kudos to you!
