If you're in Plettenberg on a Sunday, Barrington's is one of few restaurant options.
So thankfully it is very good. The menu is inventive and extensive, including plenty of lighter or meat-free options. The wine list is extensive, plus they have their own microbrewery.

A great place for lunch or dinner with family / friends. The grounds are well maintained with freshly grown vegetables and herbs as you enter. The menu had plenty of options and the live music was appreciated

After 2 weeks in SA, I want to say that it was the best food I had so far! The taste of everything was just amazing. Beer tasting is interesting - 5 nice beers produced there in a brewery. Our waitress was taking care of us really well. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

We are still sitting here and I am giving those 5 stars because this entire atmosphere is amazing! We had as main menu the chicken and the lamb. The chicken was really good but this lamb was the best we ever had! If you like lamb try it! Starters, wine, desert, everything was great!
