Brilliant food and brilliant service. I've order food from this restaurant many times in the past and it has become my go-to for when I want to treat myself and my family. I've used the Nando's delivery app and ordered to be delivered to my house and the food arrives hot, tasty and on-time (I've yet to have an issue missing items, late delivery or poor food).
As an even greater testament I order lunch around Midday for family and some friends so it was a fairly large order but the deliver arrived over 30 minutes earlier than was predicted. If I've made a mistake or an error (i.e forgot the sauce flavour) staff has contacted me to ensure that I'm aware and to double-check that everything is good. Well done to everybody that works here and I hope you get a well-deserved raise or bonus come Christmas :)
Chicken done very nice. Some Nando's outlets rely too much on the sauce alone and slack on the grilling... Sometimes your chicken doesn't even see one flame... But Chicken is grilled lovely at Sarnia Nando's.
On this occasion the service was good, when we came back the next time they had no chicken! Not that it was not done... they ran out at 6pm!!
Good quality food. Even though it was busy their lead time they gave was fairly accurate.
