Delicious smoothies and health shakes...... only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of the very long wait to get the order of only two drinks ..... almost half an hour.

It's inside the Virgin Active, so if you're not a VA member, you can only get served via the reception counter, which is pretty weird. We were there on a Saturday afternoon when it was quiet so the VA manager kindly bent the rules and allowed us in to sit down while we waited for our takeaway smoothies, which were excellent and prepared with a smile by the friendly operator.

Lovely food. Service always reliable and courteous. Although the are quick, phoning ahead helps if you’re pressed for time.
Received the menu without entering the area which was fine as I was ordering to go. The smoothie was yummy and so was my wrap
