I had ordered a pizza and when I get home to realise that the underneath layer was empty no sauce and the whole pizza was hard but I called them and told them my situation and the gave me another one which was very nice and saucy. Just want to say THANK YOU to Sma the restaurant manager for helping me and going out of her way to make sure I receive a fresh one. Thank you
I buy my pizza at this Debonairs very regularly and it's an okay place compared to other Debonairs restaurants. This one is just small and cannot accommodate a lot of people at once. The amount of time that you wait while they prepare your order is unreal. Whenever you go there they will make you wait long periods of time than other Debonairs restaurants but the food is always perfectly made and you always get it hot.

The staff was pretty cool, friendly and helpful. Their pizza was also the bomb. My dad liked it a lot, it wasn't doughy and didn't have a floury bottom that one often gets with most Debonairs pizzas. 👌
Great service and the customer care was top class. The staff were patient with me and very understanding. I recommend the Scottsville Mall branch for anyone that wants to order a d just pick up at the shop👍👍
Everything is on point, it's just that sometimes you wait too long for your order.
