Review The Bubble Tea Company - Pietermaritzburg

On Wednesday we went in and bought items which 10 of said items were supposed to be delivered on Thursday.We paid in cash and paid for the delivery.However on Thursday we only received one item.Confused and also concerned about our other items that we purchased we called the store,the receptionist kept transferring us to the manager,etc but no one was picking up.We left it for tomorrow feeling very upset and knowing black Friday was the next day and that it would be busy.We still called in on Friday,same issue we couldn't get through to anyone in terms of delivery, we ourselves had to contact an employee for help which the employee did help. We called again just incase and finally got through to the manager who apologized and sorted out the issue and said delivery will be on Saturday. We finally felt at ease knowing our stuff is on the way. On Saturday it was now almost 12pm and we didn't get any delivery,concerned once again we called in to check and the person who spoke to us said that they are sorting out the issue. We demanded to get our stuff today or we will refund our items because the services is terrible.After 2 hours our items arrived.The delivery guys were very helpful and understanding . Although I had a very bad service in terms of delivery and customer service, I will not rate game down as it was a one time issue.I do however hope that they don't let this happen again.Thank you for your time.

This mall is clean and organised. At most shops I've been to the service has been great. I must point out though that if you intend to visit than you must be fit because of the stretch between certain shops which in my could have been grouped, like banks for instance. Otherwise I love the place. It keeps me coming back😉👌🏾

The worse time to be at store.. during mid-December 2019. The Mall was a nice of activity.. Service was absolutely wonderful under the circumstances. The Sales Person (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was very helpful even though the item I wanted was not from his department. It's great to see some people enjoying their job. Great, friendly and efficient service. 👊🏾👌🏾👍🏾

Good day Can some Manager please thank all your staff at the back at loading bay Liberty Mall PMB. Each and every staff member there was Nice! Warm welcoming and polite and helpful. I'm really surprised! Even your staff member inside the EPS truck on my exit he asked, Sir did you remember your license. Everyone was so helpful. Thank you Gentlemen! No words can be enough.
