Little Magia Mozambique Restaurant - Pietermaritzburg - Photo album

A lovely little restaurant well run and great food especially the fish.
Pleasant family oriented restaurant with efficient service. Food is largely authentic though decor is more upmarket with large mirrors, lots of light fixtures etc which would confuse patrons seeking a more African feel. Service is friendly and efficient without being invasive; allowing for relaxed
Cozy spot and the food is always so good
Really well prepared food and not long wait.
Excellent food and service. Will recommend to all our friends. Relaxed and cosy atmosphere
Their food is amazing... Tastes good and is served in big portions... I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 just because it takes abit long for the food to be prepared, waited about 50 minutes for our meal to arrive..
Awesome food, good service and a lovely atmosphere. It's just a pitty that it's not licenced to sell booz. Fortunately there is a bottle store right next door, and they allow you to bring your own. Just wish they had proper R&R's
We went to Little Magia's for a family lunch on a rainy day and it was the perfect spot for us! The food was divine and the service was outstanding. We had friendly and fun hosts, a pleasant warm family environment and fantastic food. I had some sushi and a platter which was fresh and perfectly pr
7 of us attended. The chicken was really enjoyable, the layout with a centre plate of accompaniments was different and very well received by us. The service was on the slack side. Remember to bring your own alcoholic drinks.
Hidden away between the Midlands mall and the cascades area this is a gem of a spot. I nice authentic feel to place combined with delicious food. I definitely recommend taking your friends and family out to impress at spot that not many people know about
Apart from the restaurant not having halloumi or spinach parcels they also served sour cream irish coffee when I told the manager she kindly offered us samosas very amused. However the chicken and prawns where fantastic
Great service and good food. Tender steak, tasty chicken, but the lemon curd cheese cake was disappointing. Don't forget to BYO as this restaurant is not licensed. BUT, there is a bottle store right next door if you are there at lunch time.
Place is not five star setting but food is delicious and prepared to order, so does take some time, however it is worth the wait. Good service. Warm and cozy atmosphere
Amazing food always. Awesome service. Pleasant atmosphere and place. My favourite restaurant ever. A definite must visit!!
What a little gem of a restaurant. Made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The service and attention was first class and the food...incredible! I am definitely going back :)
I visit the Little Magia at least 2 to 3 times a week, and have done so for the last 2 1/2 years. I am treated like family, the food is excellent, and such great value for your money. Every time you are greeted at the door by either Queenie, Dumsane or Lovemore. And welcomed like long lost friend.
One of the best seafood restaurants in the Greater midlands area. Nice family atmosphere with great attention to kids. The Maputo starter is a must as well as one of the chicken and calamari combo’s.
Fantastic food...No doubt bout dat... Would ve nice though if the venue was made a lil more proportionate to their food and a few more waitrons but also be add to the quality of service. But on the whole the food was great.
