We had a lovely birthday breakfast for my son, reasonably priced and good portions, cooked to our individual specifications. Service was great. The staff singing for him, was the highlight..and grateful for the ice cream as well.

Panarottis Liberty Mall has become a second home for my family. We started going to the restaurant almost a decade ago drawn in by the 2 for 1 pizza and pasta specials on Tuesdays. Despite the special no longer being applicable, we still frequent this restaurant so much that most of the staff already know our orders when we walk in. We always experience excellent service. The waitrons are friendly, approachable, attentive and well trained. They know the menu well and provide good recommendations. Even the trainees are well versed and very accommodating. Whilst the menu has changed a lot over the past couple years, one thing you can count on is delicious pizza and pasta served HOT. If you choose to visit, please ask your server on their loyalty program because YOU WILL BE RETURNING.

The pizza was fresh, saucy and the base was perfectly thin. The coolers are absolutely refreshing, the pasta was delightful but there's still room for improvement so it radiates with more flavor 😋.

This really is a Great pizza and pasta restuarant. It has been consistently good for many years. It is often very busy, especially on weekends, so plan for this if you are visiting this restaurant. Having said this, the staff are very efficient, and the food still arrives deliciously prepared and in good time. They offer a huge array of different dishes, from breakfast pizzas, subs, foccacia, pasta, pizzas, salads and many more. My personal favorite here is a cold dish of seafood prepared in a delicious seafood sauce, served on a bed of lettuce with pieces of garlic foccacia. The subs are also a must try,so is the cheesy garlic prawns. Definitely a great restaurant to dine at.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great food and service. I haven't visited this restaurant in some years because of a service issue, however great job today!

One of my favorite restaurants for family meals. Their meals are always exceptional and the portions are sufficient to fill a grown man's belly. 😁 I've been fortunate to always have friendly staff assist us here. Only issue, possibly due to old age or crankiness, is loud music. When we come in as a family we want to converse with the people with us without having to talk over the loud music. Great place, please keep up the excellent standards. Thanks

We are regular customers. We have 9/10 had a great experience. Though this was our experience with today’s call and collect order. Wrong order, 30 minutes later then the pick up time. The management team’s gracious apology is accepted.

Goodday, would just like to say thanks to the waiter Nelly for the outstanding service she has given us ou Thursday 8-02-2018, when i walk in at a place i expect good service so i hardly rave about good service, but the service we received on Thursday night was far beyond good thanks again. to Nelly the waitress keep it up

Went here today for the first. Spur has always been the favorite but today we said we gonna try something different. We stepped in and was joyful after the warm entrance. Had good customer service by the waiter, NELLY. and the pizzas were excellent. Would highly recommend this.

Us 3 moms were wasting time while our boys watched a movie, so our waitress convinced us to have cocktails because we deserved it 😜 She was funny, friendly & we had a relaxing hour there. The manager on duty was also very attentive & kept checking on us. Thank you for great service 👍👍👍

The service was terrible... Waitress brought the breakfast and forgot the toast.. Had to look for her and tel her...Hubby already started eating coz he was hungry.. Them she brings toast wen we finally find her and tel her.. And forgets the butter... WOW...

We totally love Panarottis Liberty Mall. We have been going there for the last 3+ years and the staff know us inside out as we try to go once a week. Douglas will be dearly missed. The service is great, the food is divine, but most of all thats the only place we enjoy going. Our children know the staff by name and visa vera (like family). Well done to the Manager and staff for running a tight ship! See you all very soon again.

I left my girls age 11 and 13 for the first time to have lunch together and mpume was their waitress and she looked after them very well ..even when they had a problem with the cool drink it was sorted out and the pizzas were enjoyed...thank you

Panarottis at midlands mall is awesome!the service is fabulous and efficient. .lots of smiling happy staff members...really creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. ..food is great!
