Review Boulder Creek Spur Steak Ranch - Pietermaritzburg

Boulder Creek Spur is situated inside the Liberty Midlands Mall. We were greeted by the friendly lady Precious and ushered to a seat of our preference. Thabiso served us well and was attentive during our time. The steaks were succulent and the hot drinks were satisfying on a cold day in Pietermaritzburg. Overall we had a great experience during our lunch time and was visited by the attentive Manager Tony. Will be back soon!

Not only was Luyanda friendly, her service was excellent. I understand nobody is perfect, but that lady was kind, understanding and I had a great time with my 11 family members, yesterday. I hope the next time I visit my points will be added on my Spur card

The place was so full, we had to wait for a table in a queue. But when we got it our food came and it was super delicious

Decent food. Clean franchise, with a cute valentine theme at the time of the visit. Efficient service with staff regularly checking of you're still okay.

Chicken and Burgers were great however the chicken schnitzel was not 100% crispy almost not fully cooked. The overall experience was still enjoyable and I would recommend.

As I also work in the same industry I do understand exactly what's going on when it's busy and Tony the DM wow he came and assist me by taking my order..... What an unusually different experience eating at the Spur! I’ve stopped eating at the Spur for years now as usually it’s not customer centric and the food mediocre. Today however, from the door to the last crumb of my breakfast was an amazing experience! It didn’t feel like the Spur at all! Loraine my server was very personable and attentive. It felt five star! Tony the manager, clearly seems to be steering a good ship here! Whatever you’re doing Spur Boulders Creek, Keep it up!

I am always met with friendliness, and served with special care. Precious looks after me, always with a smile. From the manager who always takes the time to greet you and spend a few minutes, to the staff, a very warm, and friendly experience

The customer service is always outstanding. Last night, the manager on duty was attentive she even rectified the minor error occurred during the previous visit.

I always have a great time when I'm at Boulder Creek Spur. I have a lot of my Favorites within the staff and it's always a great feeling to see that they recognize me as a customer it makes me feel part of the Spur Family. Food is to die for whether it's Ribs, Steak or Burgers everything is Juicy 😋😊.. It's very Clean Too.. because it's for *People with the Taste for Life*.👍

Great food! I'd say I'm impressed so far. Except that the restaurant is too noisy and kids are running around the dinning area whereas there is a playing area for kids.

Amazing food friendly staff

A few weeks ago I dined in and had the Ribs and Wing combo with the side of onion rings and chips... It was absolutely divine..... So much so, that I had to come get a take away today (21st March 2023) Im not saying this just because I'm pregnant 😂 it really and truly is divine. Thank you to the manager and his staff for bringing good food back!

Our waitress Hlonisa was very efficent she even went out of her way to get a hotdog roll for.my baby ..but the portion of chips that came with the real breakfast was too small...The price of the meals are very expensive now and it was a disappointment to see that the monday buy on burger get another burger free has been discontinued ..With the price of living today going out to dine is becoming more and more rare

Pmb liberty mall Spur is the best spur to all the Spur ive been especially the ribs and the breakfast mmmmhhhhhh thats y i keeep gng back there with my new family. Keep it up thanks for a wonderful service and food�
