Had an amazing mothers' day breakfast at Lakeside. Delicious food at reasonable prices. Excellent service from owners and staff. Warm and friendly atmosphere on this cold Maritzburg day. On making a reservation the owner actually called me back when they missed my call, even though they were so busy
Perfect place if you looking for something peaceful, the owner even gave out some bread too feed the ducks.

I've been here two times. Absolutely stunning lake view. Amazing service. I accidentally spilled my smoothie and it was replaced for free 🙂. The lady serving me was soo kind and friendly.

Lakeside is a gem. Have gone there many times and have enjoyed all of them. The waiters are efficient and so friendly and make you enjoy your meal. Their food is also fantastic. Would highly recommend.
