Sphume was my waitress, thank you for your excellent service… I wanted something light, she recommended a Monte cristo salad, it was divine

Sphume was our friendly and attentive hostess for the evening at Mugg &Bean situated inside the Liberty Midlands Mall, Sanctuary Road in Pietermaritzburg. We ate a sumptuous snack of bagels with cream cheese, berry spread and walnuts topped with watercress and lavishly spread crispy bacon. We also ordered a cheese toast on rye bread which came with tomato and a lovely crunch to each bite. The hot chocolate and latte was delicious and put a smile on our dials when we saw the foam faces on top of the hot beverages. Overall we had great service during our time of chatting and bonding over tantalising treats. Thank you 🙏🏽 we will return!

We were served by Nelisiwe. We had South African Benedict, fruit salad, beef salad, a dessert and some drinks. Food was great.

Cleo provided such an exceptional service throughout my time. I highly recommend requesting her service when visiting the restaurant. The food overall is always fantastic!! However, the steak during my current visit was rather bland. Overall I had an incredible experience.

Amanda at the PMB mall branch was amazing! Made our breakfast fun and exciting. Definitely recommend to ask for her, to make your next meal more enjoyable. Big plus is the food was epic. Thank you Amanda.
