A fabulous enjoyable lunch with my family. We would highly recommend this restaurant. All our meals were outstanding - the oysters where the best I’ve ever tasted. The seafood dish, pasta, pork belly and Ganard (fish) were all delicious and the owner and waiter welcomed our well behaved pets. Thank you for a memorable time. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

From the relaxed atmosphere, through to the excellent food and service; it is indeed a five star experience to recommend to anyone with a true sense of taste. PS: and the fact that dogs are allowed is an enormous + 💙💙💙💙💙
A return trip & food superb as always. Mussels cooked to perfection, Kingklip melt-in-the-mouth fresh. Strawberry cheesecake & creme brulee ended this exceptional meal.

What a fantastic evening! So often restaurants will fail in sloppy waiters, horrendous music and less than adequate meals. The Noisy Oyster excelled at every turn. It's not only the food that makes it worthwhile, but the ambience and service all came together to provide an unforgettable experience that left us more than satisfied. Pieter was an excellent waiter, your chef is phenomenal, the experience cherished. Well done on realising a dream that leaves all your patrons happy to be a part of.

We ended a week long holiday in the cape with dinner at the noisy oyster - a last minute attempt at getting a booking paid off and we had an unforgettable dinner. From the service with a smile, to the quirky fun atmosphere that feels warm and authentic to last but definitely not least - the food. Wow, yum and unforgettable. Definitely a must experience to complete your Paternoster holiday
Absolutely perfect everything inside was so homey and hart warming. Food was stunning and the services was fantastic. Got to speak with the chef afterwards what an amazing gentlemen. You can see the owner takes the time and effort to make sure every client has the best experience. They where fulling booked when we called and two hours latter she called back and said there is a setting just for us. We where so stoked.

Absolutely fabulous spot. Friendly service and the most intriguing menu. We enjoyed the loaded hummus flatbread, mussels, silver fish and figs wrapped in springbok carpaccio. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Paternoster/ surrounds.

Amazing warm restaurant, serving fresh seafood in a homely style restaurant. The food was quite delicious and wholesome. The fried oysters were a standout dish. Enjoyable evening with a good walk back to my accommodation to help to burn off the carbs. When in partenoster this is a good visit.

A real gem of a restaurant. The food was delicious and our waiter was awesome. I loved the chicken liver pate and the pork belly. So many delicious dishes that it is difficult to choose. We will definitely be back.

Staff is as comfortable as your cousins you keep trying to make plans with for years.
Comfortable enough seating to stay until the spooning with a warm environment to maybe only use 1 blanket.
Beautiful and quaint little restaurant. The food was very good, but a bit inconsistent (some of us ordered the same thing from the menu but the dishes were sessoned different). The decor is eclectic and unpretentious and there is a delightful quirkiness to everything there. I loved their custom citrus gin! Our meal here made our stay in Paternoster very special!
we were there just for a few drinks and beer - but it was such an amazing experience. the stuff / service manager is very friendly. also here the parking space is just in front of the house and kids are also allowed. so if you are going to cruise through pater noster - please stop at this lovely place!
This is what you call top class rustic. It has a nice outdoor beach feeling with a cozy touch. Service was super nice and can't fault the food. Presentation and taste was out of this world. If you visit Paternoster, be sure to drop in for West Coast fine dinning.
Incredible food and service. We’ll be back! Everything looked great on the menu, so we rather went for a tapas-style dinner. And we’re so glad we did! We had the flatbread, prawn tacos, mussels, calamari and oysters. All were great

I went for an early lunch with my dogs on leashes, and were shown to a fantastic table, complete with water bowls for the dogs. I think it might be worth while phoning ahead and reserving a table (if travelling with dogs) so that they can set out a table for you. The service was attentive and prompt. It wasnt too busy when we got there, but got busier towards 13.00. They can operate during load shedding, but the cappuccino machine does not. Fortunately plenty of other options available! Every dish we had was prepared with care and attention to detail. Fresh, tasty fare - some of the best fish I have ever had! The wine list is decent value for money as well. This restaurant was a fabulous surprise!!

We ate and drank fine wines and seafood at The Noisy Oyster, having never been before, with it being the first restaurant on our left arriving through the town after a long drive and many ry-goes, we were starving and very thirsty, we arrived at an oasis although we heard that as soon as we had received our delicious mouth-watering wine, the town had been experiencing power outages, so we had to enjoy our wine cool with some ice, we truly could not complain. The food was better than we expected, we enjoyed sitting outside in the cool of the warm day. There were cute Jack Russell's visiting with a couple, there was a young couple with a baby. The garden is tastefully decorated, quirky and fun. People were arriving as we were leaving on an early Friday afternoon.
Quality of ingredients used, food and the cooking itself is very good. Service can be a touch on the slow side when busy but in my view acceptable when dining in an environment where we should be taking things a little slowly anyway. Good wine, beer and spirit selection. Decor is quirky but tasteful. A very good restaurant and great experience
Book early to not be disappointed. Unless you're a good tipper or a fast eater you might get a table...
Food was scrumptious and the service was friendly and fantastic. The setting is magical and you can spend a long time here 🍻🍷🍷🍷
