The service we received was 5 star. We've visited a couple of branches and I just have to say that we've never had food that tasted this good before. I would highly recommend the Oudtshoorn branch.

Great cafe with excellent service and fantastic food. The venue is clean and well kept. They have nice designer crockery. The coffee and cakes are reasonably priced. There is lots of free parking and the place is wheelchair friendly.

Mugg and Bean is my obsession, I just can't pass Mugg and Bean without grabbing Serious Cappuccino, and as add-on, I may grab a chicken mayo sandwich or when I am really hungry grab a avo and beacon burger. I just love the place and its coffee smell.

They cater to food allergies well. The manager is a friggen star that can step into any position when needed and the other waitresses are great

Nice place with good service except for the waitress that using small nounce for everything like eggs become "eiertjies" and normal fried chips become "chippies". Very irritating.

We received a warm welcome from our waitress Juanita, treated us well the entire meal. Very satisfied with the service.

Arrived back to Oudtshoorn and placed an order for 2 salads.. It took 42 minutes to prepare during the lunch hour when there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. The waitress told us that the kitchen staff refused to make the salads and that she had to make it herself... Will never go there again.. Downward spiral????

Disgusting! Kitchen staff walked past, underwear showing and picking their noses. Dirty dishes, incorrect orders, vile tasting food. Embarresed to have eaten there.
