The service we received was 5 star. We've visited a couple of branches and I just have to say that we've never had food that tasted this good before. I would highly recommend the Oudtshoorn branch.

Great cafe with excellent service and fantastic food. The venue is clean and well kept. They have nice designer crockery. The coffee and cakes are reasonably priced. There is lots of free parking and the place is wheelchair friendly.
Mugg and Bean is my obsession, I just can't pass Mugg and Bean without grabbing Serious Cappuccino, and as add-on, I may grab a chicken mayo sandwich or when I am really hungry grab a avo and beacon burger. I just love the place and its coffee smell.
