A Mugg & Bean is a Mugg & Bean. Not bad for the franchise experience, but not a great spot altogether. The carrot cake they make is great though. One of the best you’ll find at a restaurant. The cappuccino was average. Their frozen coffee’s are better. Staff are generally quite friendly. But one thing I will say. It’s nice to get a bottle of honey that’s been wiped clean and isn’t sticky! The little things are just as important. Well done!
Another quick pop in at a Mugg & Bean. And another American Iced coffee (Does M&B even serve any other drinks? 😁😜) they even offered to pop a scoop of ice cream on top. Great service by Stephen as well!
Upon our arrival, we were given a warm welcome and given seating options, we picked the booth (because what says “social but private” better than that, right?). We were met by a young lady who was preparing our table to us, who I might add was very friendly, pity I didn’t get her name. We were served by another young lady by the name of Ruda ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (hopefully I’ve recalled her name correctly), anyway, she was extremely professional - she gave us space to eat and talk in comfort but was readily available each time we signalled for her. Based on this experience I would highly recommend her and this Mugg & Bean - lastly, the food was 👌
The California omelette here is delicious. First it is much bigger than the equivalent that I got at the waterfront mugg and bean. It is a big omelette and very filling. The sweet green Mayo goes nicely with all the ingredients of the omelette. The chocolate shake is also lovely
We've been to Mugg and Bean as few times and always have the amazing Kuda as a waiter. And today was no exception. My mom paid today with a nice tip. There was some confusing on the slip and Kuda came back and rectified immediatly. He could've kept quite and take the money but gave the money to my mom. Not just great service but honest. Thank you Kuda for always so friendly and looking after my mom.
This is my favorite breakfast place, especially when I’m in South Africa. Unlimited quality coffee and special dishes.

Chatting to Passmore about the Vegan Rosti,💯☕️👍he was very polite and informed about the ingredients, definitely persuaded me to try this Vegan option .Very good communicator with me as a customer,incredibly friendly. Another waitress, Sherlita,was super helpful, with your Mugg & Bean app,got that registered lovely young lady, very patient and friendly.

Friendy and helpful. Relaxed and professional. The staff are amazing and the optometrist is really funny and explains everything as he goes along. Really a pleasant experience! Job well done!!!!!!
Passmore was our very friendly and attentive waiter. We often eat at the M&B and have always found their meals very tasty & reasonably priced

Plenty of tables and a great menu.
We never ate, but ordered coffees, which were promptly served hot and tasted delicious.
The waitress was very friendly and efficient with the serving schedule.
Will most likely go back again tomorrow.
Food excellent but service needs a bit of attention 🫤 not everyone knows exactly what they want to eat when they sit down... and if you don't order immediately then you struggle to get the attention of the waiters
