This place was really great. An historic homestead. Great service. It is one of the best places to visit for flower viewing.

No fuss, no frills, just good old fashioned farm hospitality. Feels like visiting your grandparents house. The decor suits the setting perfectly. Tannie Lana definitely the star of this show. Had a wonderful chat with her. Apart from being very welcoming and friendly she is also really knowledgeable

Visited to see the flowers on 20 Aug. Price was still r25pp same as last year. We did the whole Namaqua flower route last year and this was the best flower viewing site hence us returning this spring. The masses of flowers are incredible, roads are in a good condition even after some recent rains. Y

Too late in flowering season. Still a few nice flowers though. Good photographic opportunities inside shop.

Fantastic rustic food, had the tripe and lamb curry with roosterbrood, delicious! Flowers surrounding the farm were spectacular.

This is also a must visit place at least once. The old relics puts the atmosphere in a down to earth feeling. Staf is frendly an helpful.

Everytime we visit Nieuwoudtville during the Namakwaland flower season, we stop at the padstal. The owners are friendly and they make you feel welcome. Excellent wild flower viewing farm - many species, including bulbs. Need at least 3 hours to do it justice - can stop and explore on fut anywhere. Great plzce!

Do not visit this place if you are not ready for tbe most beautiful displays of flower fields, untamed nature and back to basics relaxation. An absolute must for any namaqualand flower tour!
