Review Hazz - Newlands

The coffee is really good! Best latté I've had in a while. Service is great and friendly! Although sometimes there's only a couple of people in the shop but the coffee still takes a while. But it's a small price to pay for a really good cup!

Popped in for a coffee, super busy with the Newlands folk post walk, jog cycle vibes… Venue was neat, clean with cool vibe, not much on the menu side, but I guess for a coffee and quick catch up with a mate, it will hit the spot. There were some pastries and cakes on offer. Coffee was quite reasonably priced too, though acoustics are not great. Ciao SB ☕️

I have always loved Häzz. Been going here for years and I keep on coming back!

A go-to when wanting to get some work done while enjoying a decent cuppa. Nice lively environment and seating. There's a lot of single seats with a long desk setup facing outside which is ideal for focusing on work. Service is good and the staff are friendly. As far as I know you can't upsize your coffee, so you'll just be getting a regular size. That being said, the prices are kept mostly under R30 which is pretty nice.

Great coffee, would be nice if they served food.

The focus here is the coffee! There's a chilled vibe with people working on laptops and others meeting for a catch up. Pre packaged sandwiches and wraps are on offer with quiches and a variety of baked goods. Seed bars and date balls are available for the health conscious. This is your spot if you want coffee the way you like it.

Great place to go and work for a couple of hours. Plugs available and there’s WiFi. WiFi speed isn’t too consistent so have a mobile hotspot. But staff is accommodating to you working there and there’s a nice buzz.

Häzz makes exceptional coffee for a very reasonable price. Great open layout. Perfect for meeting someone for coffee or just to go take a break from work.

My go-to coffeeshop in newlands. There aren't many food options but the variety of coffee makes up for everything. Here coffees are genuine, no-fuss, tasty and surprisingly affordable. The space is airy, spacious and pleasant.

Great coffee and good prices for the specials. Slow wifi but that scares away those pesky freelancers... of which I am one. Would love a little more trust and let me pay at the end. Especially when I've come ten times or more

Very good coffee at very reasonable prices. Relatively small food menu and can get very busy over weekends.

Their coffee is up there with the best in Cape Town if not the best. Everyone I have taken there has enjoyed it. Just be prepared for a little wait if they are busy.

The tastiest creamiest coffee I have tasted. Awesome service friendly team behind the counter!
