Exceptional service and treatment from staff. Open 24/7, I would recommend it to those that visit Newcastle 👌🏽 - just pass by and get whatever you want on the menu, of course you'll have to pay 😅.
All-round 4-stars, it's exactly what you would expect from a decent McDonald's, it was exceptionally busy when we went, but staff was helpful and we got our food on time.
The service was 100% and ahh thier workers bakith number 1 even got extra chips ♡♡♡
The food is fresh and delicious with less than 15 minutes turn around time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their meals

My past experience with McDonald's in Newcastle has not been very pleasant. This morning, 15 Oct, at around 11h00am we were however greated at the drive through with a cheerful hello, and received excellent service from the lady taking our order and payment. Keep her there, and I'll keep coming there
The environment is warm and we were able to sit and eat in regardless of the cold weather at night
I've had my ups and downs with this McDonald's but no matter what issue I have they always help me sort it out. This McDonald's can pride itself on its service delivery. Well done McDonald's Newcastle!
Even though the place was very full, they delivered rather quickly! Was very impressed. And they communicated very well when they didn't have what I wanted, and suggested a replacement. Well done to the staff for friendly and helpful service!

The food was up to par. Other places in Newcastle have relaxed service but McDonald's was as efficient as I know McDonald's to be everywhere.
