Review Nashville Spur Steak Ranch - Newcastle

We had a few draughts and left. It was so hot in there. No aircon. Understandable its a open space but it is hot out here.

We had a bit of a issue with the food but was sorted out fast. Great managment.

Great food and amazing staff, very friendly and makes you really feel at home. Big portions and a happy tummy

No complaints about a thing, great vibes and welcoming atmosphere too. We'll definitely go back there and recommend for anybody

I went there looking for pap and stew. Their lamp stew was great, but I did not like the pap. The way they prepare it is not how I know pap to be prepared. But the place looked neat and the other food looked good. The staff are also great individuals.

The food was amazing and I enjoyed it. The waitress was very friendly. She made sure that we get everything we needed

Their ribs taste is out of this world, not to mention buffalo wings. I really enjoyed their meal.

I ordered the New Full hake and prawn tail, Chips were cold as well as the onion rings. I didn't finish the meal and asked for the balance as take way. Got home warmed up the meal and as I was eating i found that the hake had scales on it. Disappointed on the food, but staff was friendly.

I ordered buffalo wings and Ribs with vegetables today as take away..when I got home They put Chips and those onion rings.The way the waitress repeated with veggies after me writing it down I don't understand how I ended up with chips.I'm so turned off.And after they give menu they take too long to come back to take the orders.Then another time before its ready and boom its a wrong order.

But pls the waiters should frequent our tables most of the time. My friends ordered food and some draught.i ordered draught only. It took long for them to removed food from the table whilst they wer done eating. I find it disturbing for one to drink alcohol on an uncleaned tabled scattered with the left overs. And worse off it took close to 40 minutes for the waiters to bring the bill despite us requesting it. There is a room for improvement though

Poor services,,,long waiting period,,,food is burned,,especially take aways are burned to ashes...the waiters are always frowning,,,please help the chefs to improve..i was not impressed at all..everytime I go to newcastle spur I complain....

You guys really need to pay attention to customer service, manager never on the floor?? Some of the worst service we've had in a very long time at any spur...

This experience really was not worth it, the music was loud to think past, too much dancing over lunch time with a lack of service in every way!

The service was implacable , our waitress was superb he name was Thuthu I think, big ups to her �

The service was extremely bad as we walked in the waiter looked at us like first time she saw people then after receiving our meal not once did the waiter check on us so I called the manager n her reply was sorry we under stuffed how dose that become my problem if I told her I'm short of R100 would she say it's fine i understand???
