Panarotti's at Ilanga Mall provided excellent service with a friendly team spirit, and their food is crafted with love! Many thanks to the fantastic team for making my son's birthday special – we had a delightful time filled with laughter. Your beautiful souls shine through!

Food was delicious. I'm not happy with the service. Even though the waiters are friendly, the service was slow I waited for approximately 30 minutes for my drink to be served to me.

Good for some family bonding time. Lively and happy atmosphere. My daughter always asks to go there, as all the kids play together and have so much to do. Only negative thing, the pastas can be improved quite a bit, and the pizza toppings spread more evenly. 👍

We enjoyed a really awesome lunch at Panarottis Nelspruit. The food was delicious, service was excellent and the kids really enjoyed the big play area. Pricing is pretty standard for most restaurants, nothing too expensive and especially worth it for quality food. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in Nelspruit again.

Panarottis at Ilanga Mall has a great outdoor play area for kids. A big jungle gym with a grass carpet underneath with a shaded net, but not covering the entire play area. During the summer the slides would probably be too hot to play on. There are also an indoor play area for younger kids. We enjoyed a cheese and herb Flat Bread which proved good value or R45. It went great with the complementary garlic, chilli and parmesan cheese. 🍕

I enjoyed my meal it was verytasty ,waitress was very good, for a 3 course meal we spent under 500 for 2 people. A good place to chill and relax after a stressful day.

Service is good and the milkshakes is fine. Unfortunately the centre of the pizza i ordered was raw and not fully cooked. The manager offered a compromise to bring a small pizza of the same order expecting me to eat around the raw section. Settled on a new pizza and took it as a take away. Matter was solved amicably and will come again.

Good service, great food. Just waited a bit long for the drinks to arrive. Other than that the service was good.

Wonderful experience! Went there after a marathon to watch the 2019 rugby world cup final, and the staff were absolutely incredible! They made extra space for people, they were very friendly, and they still managed to be attentive! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience

Always luv the place; old brown cherry on the house and the carrot cake was so so nice.

You can do better with the mac and cheese but the pizza is good

Had supper there 30minutes ago. Worst service I ever experienced. Took around 15 minutes for a waiter to get to my table just to take a drinks order. My water arrives and the waiter tells me that there is no lemon and 5 min later the lady at the table next to me gets a lemon in her water. The best part is that my food stands about 20 minutes in the warmer ready to be served until it clicked in someone's mind that that food needs to get some where. I address it with the manager and all I get is "I will look into it sir".

The food was on point, environmental friendly, the staff if perfect. I wud recommend anyone to go visit panaroties

Nice restaurant to have gluten free pizza's. They now have two size options. When wil you start selling gluten free pasta?

Amazing pizza, we had the saucy meat twist and it was flavourful. Topped with avocado, it's to die for.

Terrible service tonight and it wasn't even that busy!!! Extremely dissapointed. Time to find a new place to take the kids
