Review Garden World - Muldersdrift

Great place to visit, especially for your gardening needs. They have multiple garden designs placed in the area to give you a better idea of what it would look like before you decide to renovate your whole garden. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have a large variety of plants and goods, and I would definitely recommend other people to visit this place, even to just explore.

They are amazing. I asked for a few hundred vegetable seedling, and they were so helpful. I had a lovely man walk around with me, telling me about each variety. He helped me find the right tools and suggested a few things to help in the veggie garden.

I loved my experience here - the nursery area is really neat and well organized, lovely ornaments for the garden, the displays in the nursery, with water features, benches, plants and flowers displayed beautifully with a lot of interesting information for garden enthusiasts. Really friendly and helpful staff. Across from the nursery there is a vintage type shop that sells all kinds of antiques, wide range of 2nd hand books available, you could spend hours in this area looking at all the nostalgic items displayed for sale. There is an atrium type area for animal lovers like myself...you are able to walk through the atrium that houses roosters, hens, swans, adorable bunnies, there are two cute pigs around the atrium area and I think I recall goats too...fun stuff for the kids ! Lots of parking and there are friendly and helpful guards who would always appreciate a tip for their hard day's work.

Garden World offers a huge variety of gardening plants and products. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful gardens, small animal farm, tea garden, antique shed are some of Garden World's attractions. Plants are well priced with some plants almost half the price of other popular garden centers near by. A great outing for the whole family!!!

This time I went to visit the Carols By Candle Light in aid of the Theatre Benevolent Fund on Friday evening. Very relaxed and beautiful experience. Did the animal farm and a few other items before closing time. Seems to be almost family-run.

Lovely kids play area, beautiful gardens all year round, cute thrift shop and animals for kids to see. Plus topping up on plants possible because its a nursery! Worth the drive out.

As always, a peaceful and beautiful nursery to visit. Been there many times and is still one of the best. Had a nice lunch at their tea garden at a really reasonable price. Big portions and tasty. Keep up the good work guys and girls and may ypu go from strength to strength. 👍🙂

Great variety and very knowledgeable staff, decently priced plants. Nice restaurant and antique shop that is worth your time. Lovely gardens to walk through, for a visual experience that shows you what the plants will look like in a garden scenario, as most nurseries have plants only in greenhouses, so you dont really know what it will look like in a garden scenario, this takes it a step up.. Nice animal area for the kids with a walk in bird cage, with some peacock as well

Lovely experience at the petting zoo with my niece, nephew and family. The little ones also really enjoyed the jungle gyms at the play area behind the coffee shop 😊

I took my family to garden world and enjoyed the day walking through the well maintained garden and nursery. We went for lunch at the tea garden and the food was delicious and the portions was generous. The staff was friendly and service was very good. I will definitely visit garden world again and

In terms of the entire place, it isn't bad. The nursery is amazingly extensive. There were some plants I hadn't come across before that would look amazing in my garden. The fountains they have for sale are really magical. The antique store has so many different things, it is quite amazing. The restaurant is pretty good, but for a place so far out, I find the the prices to be a little out of sync. Even places in Sandton are cheaper. The event Hall is really interesting. It seems its main feature is a swimming pool right in the middle of the hall. So the entire venue smells of chlorine. It might have been better if it were a salt pool.
