I had my High Tea there. I had a fantastic time. All my guests could not stop taking about it. The service was excellent and so was the food.Nothing was to much trouble for Lydia and her staff. I can highly recommend Casa Labia. Thank -you once again. For a job well done.

This is the the best place in town for intimate concerts of world class musicians, events, private functions, photo shoots, restaurant and the best view ever experienced. Not little, but a big jewel here in Muizenberg and in Cape Town.
The Casa Labia and Cucina Labia made sure our day was super special thanks to its majestic ambiance, inventive cuisine and service that was superb! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the canapés and desserts that were on another level.
Thank you to Monché and Rebecca for all the help in making this a truly magical experience!

Good position excellent ambiance and service. Ideal for a special occasion.
The food presentation was good. As a main we had the beef Rib which was delicious and the Nero pasta, very poor in taste and presentation as it was 2 tasteless pieces of pasta with a mixture of vegetables in the middle. I am not sure if the black pasta on top was burnt or suppose to be like that.
We will give it another try.
A little piece of Italy near the sea. The food was great. Unfortunately the service was a little slow to take the dirty plates, but otherwise, I recommend the breakfast and tea and scones!
This venue is a treat. There is so much history and it has such an aristocratic and European feel. The food was great. I will definitely be back!
High Tea at Casa Labia is a real treat and a definite must do... round up the girls and set a date. You’re guaranteed a lazy morning of beautiful views, elegant surroundings and friendly service. Glass of bubbly and lots of yummy bites – WINNER spot :)
Casa Labia is a beautiful, historical venue in Muizenberg overlooking the sea (where you can even spot some whales if you're lucky!). With the ongoing roadworks, parking can be a bit challenging so best to check in with the staff about where to park and where the roadworks are currently.
I had my birthday party there and was pleasantly surprised that they had a gentleman playing piano. Definitely a touch of class for a high tea.
It was not that cheap per head and also I had to pay extra for things like juice and the fact that we wanted the venue for another hour. I was a bit dissappointed that they could not cater halaal so we went for seafood and vegetarian. There was enough food to eat and the guests said it was tasty. Overall, the service was good and I had a great time. They were kind enough to let me bring in a massive birthday cake and they helped to cut it too.
Casa Labia is just such an amazing place that I almost didn't post this review because I don't want other people to know about it! It reminds me of the Italian Renaissance and has a art gallery upstairs.
It's expensive, so probably best saved for a special occasion.
