Best Fish and chips ever. Freshest Calamari.... And the Russians are old school like when my grandfather bought Russian and chips for lunch....

We didn't recieve any cutlery with our takeaways, which resulted in an awkward experience next to the beach. (The food was delicious though).

Het gisteraand daar gaan kos koop en n haar in my man se kos gekry. Het al die kos weggooi...so al die kos en ons geld in die asblik. Die mense wat met die kos werk het nie eers haarnette aan nie. Baie teleurgesteld gewees en sal nie weer daar gaan eet nie.

Pap fish, not value for money, small portion, very oily. Nice batter. But great atmosphere and view.

Excellent affordable sea food. Bar available next door for drinks. Portions more than sufficient, able to share meals. Definitely a place to visit.

Love the London Bus with a spectacular view. I love their calamarie and never visit the area without enjoying a meal there.

Visited your establishment today and was definitely not impressed with your calamari.It was as if it was prepared in old or burnt fish oil and felt as if i was eating biltong.....

Stopped by for a casual seaside lunch with the family. We ordered 2x calamari & chips and the combo deal, which comes with 2x fried hake, portion of fried calamari and chips. <br/><br/>Because everything is made to order and there is a queue, the wait for your order is quite long and the food a tad greasy (as in there is not enough time to ‘drip dry’ the oil before serving). Nonetheless, the calamari is stunning! Perfectly crumbed and seasoned to perfection. The hake was good too, but not as good as the calamari. The chips was a bit of let down for a fish and chips place. Would’ve been nice if they served real hand cut potatoes instead of the frozen McCain kind. <br/><br/>The seating upstairs has great views of the bay. Overall it’s a good casual lunch much option when in Mossel Bay.

Your standard fish and chips cafe. Great view in the harbour while the childrenare snorkelling 20 meters away in the sea. Great to have a light lunch.This was a year or two ago.  Been at the bus today.  the calamari so tough and salty you need water to swallow it.  Try to sort it out with the staff they look you so deep in the eyes if you are mad.  They dont use a batter for calamari but rather a crumb.  very sad to see this

A superb location is spoiled by very mediocre food. I had some hake, calamari and chips. The fish was mushy and the chips and calamari was not prepared in the freshest oil. The service was what one would expect from a take-away facility. Prices were very reasonable, but I would rather pay more for good quality. Mark this off on my been there done that list.

Nothing to fancy but obviously right by the sea you don't need a lot more. Good value for money. The calamari was so good. Good for take always. I must also thank these people for their honesty. My son left his iPad there. We phoned later that evening and they said they have it there for us. I was amazed

What a disappointment. We are new to Mossel Bay and a few locals recommended the "red bus" to us for fish and chips. I hope that the "red bus" was just in a wrong gear today: the oil was way to hot: the batter was very dark and one just tasted "burnt/ over heated" oil. Not a pleasant first visit to the London Bus Fish Co.<br/>Thomas
