Waited longer than expected. 30 minutes from ordering to actually receiving our order.

Outstanding service from Tingaza Pupu and Anele Dikana at Macdonalds in promenade mall I told then I saw the Cheese chillie fries available on the tabs when you order, however they said sorry sir we had to do refunds whole day due to we not having cutlery and customers complaining....And they activated the cheese chillie fries for me....and I think they should get a raise I am in customer service and I understand how petties some clients can be, however there work ethic was from the greatest I saw @macdonals this workers is on a other level of working give them the best raise.

Miché Hughes was the cashier and explained thoroughly why chillies cheese fries was off the menu she made a way for me to get it I am thankful for such great service I'm m plain I never buy food often in m plain and prefer outside m plain due to lack of service but she seeked even help from other staff members didn't get their names but they were also helping thank u guys exceptional service from this team when u give such service guys the store can make millions over and over just sticked to the the best service you gave me. On Sunday 29 January 2023, myself and my Husband went to this McDonald's to have breakfast. We were at the self service machine and just as we selected our breakfast the Menu changed to the Lunch/Dinner Menu. A Lovey Lady called Xola Somkoba came and asked if we needed assistance and we told her that we wanted to order breakfast but the Menu changed. She asked us if we can wait a minute, she will find out at the kitchen if they can assist us. Less than a minute she was back and she arranged our breakfast order. This is the first time ever that we have received such WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE from McDonald's as a whole. Please make sure that you TREASURE and look WELL after this Lovely Lady. This mall indicates to me, absolutely the love that people have for each other. We stay in a rather impoverished area but dare I say, despite not being shopaholics, people seem to forget about their personal issues. People mingle in such a peaceful manner. Wow!! The place is a beehive of activity with 1 000's of radiant faces, which are so infectious. The neighborly love displayed by people is absolutely fantastic. One of the things that contribute, according to me, is the simple layout. I just love to see people so happy, despite lack of money, and that makes me happy. It reminds me of paradise. I have not seen any nasty incidents. Please remember, God after all created people to appreciate and love each other. Promenade Mall, you go, baby.

This mall is always busy no matter what day of the week you go there. Weekends is the worst as it's much more full. Being full is not a bad thing. This mall has a great variety of shops that will fit any budget. I've been there since the mall was built until now, the standard is the same and the appearance and image of the mall never dropped.
