I would like to Thank the staff of Panarottis Mitchell Plain (Promenade Mall). A warm welcome and outstanding service. My waitress Lindiwe was super fantastic, she is truly the best and the only waitress to ever give me superb service as a valued customer of Panarottis. I have went to many Franchises but the is always a problem with the food or staff members. She is brilliant, the food was beautifully presented and tasteful. Everything was on time. I wish to see many of your staff presenting themselves the way Lindiwe did. Thanks to her for making my experience superb. When I went to place , I had decided that It was the last am going to a Panarottis Franchise. A big thank you should be given to Lindiwe for "Retention".Am surely going back to Panarottis Mitchell Plain! ☺
How about an extra additional 8*** stars � to Vee the only manager that could pay attention to the crying discontent customer customer service couldn’t be better than that you have rendered I was pleased and most all most likely to return after all the trouble she undertook just to fulfill a five star service thus I re evaluate my rating to a world � class level many thanks

Chicken Pizza was great as well as the pasta, however service was a bit slow even though there was only 5 occurred tables. Our order was taken after we had been seated for just over 30 minutes, was about to get up to leave with the kids.
Took my wife and child there for supper. As usual it was a great experience and my child loves it there. The rice though was abit bland, tasteless and no salt, which was wierd because I love their rice. Other than that it's our go-to pizza joint
Panarottis in Mitchell's Plain is big. Friendly and warm people serving you. The place is very neat. Pizzas are good. Waiter always check up. I enjoyed my time here.
There food is always good and the service but I didn't enjoy my rice as i usely take the chips and chicken but I took the 8 piece chicken this time with rice there rice need some flavor it tasted like nothing but other than that all there other stuff is nice
If I could double rate I would, very friendly staff and our waitress Amber 😊was a 11/10 because of her personality I'm definitely coming back 👊

Still my favorite branch in the Cape Town region, friendly staff (Thank you Amanda), strict Covid-19 protocols in place as masks are required, temp is taken, covid sign-in form to be completed at the door and sanitizing stations throughout the store. The food is amazing, especially the AL Capone Hot / Californian Monsterito Duo Pizza.
Besides running out of the mixed chillies on the side yesterday; the food quality, presentation and customer service is way ahead of every other branch I've been at.

I have always loved going to Panarottis MP on Tuesdays for their delicious pizza.
A week or two ago, I had a complaint about a new pizza I tried. The store contacted me, and made a generous offer which I will not disclose.
Today I went for lunch, and the pizza was OUT OF THIS WORLD. It was so delicious.
A huge hug and thumbs up to my waitress. She instantly recognized my boyfriend and I. She is our absolute favorite.
And my compliments to the chefs.
