Spicy McFeast was fresh and the ice cream in the milkshake was smooth.

Excellent service from the moment I entered. Florence is a wonderful asset to this business. Very helpful and polite. Goes the extra mile. I was watching her with an elderly customer as well. Good service is uncommon these days do when one experience this level of service it has to be highlighted. Well done

Used the drive thur and had a great experience. The staff are super friendly and willing to help . We ordered two big Macs meals and a Mega Sauge Mac Muffin, and it was delicious and hot. The fries were fresh and salted, just rite. What a great meal we had well done

The team on duty during the day on 1st August around 10am until 12pm(when I left)are very friendly and focus on great customer service

Very nice place for the franchise that it is. Food is what you'd expect. Staff are a little disorganized. Interior is nice, but could be a little cleaner

I don't often give 5 star ratings but this one I cannot fault. By far the best McDonald's I ever had in my life. I'm so sad I didn't get the names of the people on duty but we ordered our food a few minutes ago. The burgers were picture perfect! Toasted, hot, fresh delicious! Well done to whoever made those!

I had a egg wrap. Was very surprised to find it was spicy. Luckily, I enjoy spicy food

If I get or have a Chance to take a Break and have LUNCH and I am in the Area, then I either Pop in and Have a McRoyal 👑, McFeast or a Big Mac Meal... I Enjoy the Atmosphere...

This specific drive thru is so conveniently located. Anytime of the day the service is quick and sometimes with a smile. Depending what you order though.<br/>If you want to sit down though there's an awesome play area but only in the summer as its outdoors.

This McD has got to be one of the worst in the Cape Town area... Bad service, they always forget something, and they DON'T answer their phones!!! We and about 9 other cars were once left waiting in the drive through without our orders being taken for half an hour, we started seeing McD staff going home, only to find out their system had gone down and they were closing... No manager coming to the cars to tell us, just left us to hoot and complain to ourselves... Quite something.

I often enjoy McDonald's at work, but this branch is specifically terrible!!<br/>Firstly there is the Terrible service<br/>Stopped here a few times on the way home... Often the milkshakes are either broken or i bought one and found it sour. Lately they stopped serving soda "because of the drought"!<br/>They have left things out of the order on 2 occasions.<br/>And the last time i tried an apple pie- only to find it was an old dried out and crushed sugar shell with no filling left inside the box!!

McDonalds is McDonalds some people like it, some don't. I'm writing this review because I want to complain something about this specific McDonalds. 80% of the times i went thru drive thru, THEY FORGET SOMETHING I ORDERED AND PAID FOR! True story, and even friends of mine had happened this. I paid in total about R280 of food i've never ever had received.

We arrived 5mins before breakfast was supposed to end but they refused to serve breakfast even though the menu was still up for breakfast. We then tried to order a pepperdew burger but apparently they had no stock of that either. I found them to be very unfriendly and willing to help.

Okay, so I'll declare upfront that i do enjoy the odd box of McDonald's chicken nuggets. They are really good and I'm not interested in watching the YouTube videos on how they are made. They taste good and that's all I'm interested in. I don't particularly like their processed burgers but this afternoon i had a junior hamburger minus the sauce and pickles and it was actually pretty good. I wasn't looking for a nutritious meal but rather something to fill the hole.. ..and it did just that. But wait, there's more! Have you ever tried the apple pie? Absolutely delicious...like a crispy spring roll with apple. Yum!

I don't eat junk food unless I'm really in a pinch and have no other alternative. Today was one of those days. Sadly this McDonald's left a bitter taste in my mouth. Feeling ill & lackluster with no energy to cook we drove in the rain to McD's. After implicitly asking for NO gherkins /pickles on my cheese burger in the drive-thru , we paid, got our order and drove home. Only to find after biting into the burger the salty crunchy pickles I had asked to not be put on my burger! 😔 This has happened to me more than once at this branch. Not great customer service when no one listens to the customer's request. I don't think I'll be back!

Service has been fine except for a couple of occasions. It's McDonald's so you will only find me here in desperate situations. It's 24 hours so it might be your last resort but it's always there for you.

Imagine going to mcdonalds every few weeks, in those weeks when I go see what there is to eat as typically the taste of mcdonalds food is great because of the chemicals I cant help but notice that the staff sound very depressed and unhappy with life, the nuggets often taste awful, it smells like dead rats outside the building, and worst of all I have easily lost over R300 or R400 worth of food because easily every 3 or 5 times of going to this place they ALWAYS forget to include something, they are nortorious for forgetting chicken nuggets, the manager shouts at you to move and get off the drive through so other customers can order, so im sitting in my car, attempting to listen to calming and relaxing music when I check my food is there as I hate losing money and I get told to buzz off in a sort of nice way with funny looks form the manager I have all the right to check my food, especially after losing so much money there, but then again this branch just cares about their profits, they dont care who buys food there.... :/

Thurs. 12/09/2013, just past 23h00. Coming late from work, starving of hunger, pop in at McDonald's Milnerton's drive thru. 0 rating from my side. 1st nobody takes my order at the drive thru. Just a recording playing, but nothing after it. At the pay window a women with "madonna's mic" ignore me like I'm a begger at the traffic light, while taking someone's order on her "headgear". I repeatedly tried to get her attention, but obviously this "trainee" can't multitask and that probably the reason why she don't get any day shifts! After the second attempt to place my order, I can finally proceed to 3rd base for collection. Here I got introduced to someone noticeably nervous after what must've been a night of many unhappy clients telling her her fortune. Finally I'm released from this sleeping courters and heads back to town with the calming thought of getting this Double quarter pounder with cheese to my sreaming stomach. I grab the COLD chips 1st, but don't care, because at least I can now eat it faster, while almost tasting the Double quarter pounder by now. Then...Just as I thought this bad experience where behind me...the climax hit me between the eyes....when I open the Double burger....wait...i've attached a pic for you too decide whether you'd pay for this Double burger....worst of all....this was now the 3rd time that this exact thing happens to me at the SAME branch!!! Sorry, also my last time there....cherio
