They were very busy and short staffed due to the strikes but the staff sparked, ensured your order is all in and fresh. Best service under pressure ever! O and food nice and fresh, not oily and neatly packed. Really recommend this branch!

The Best Streetwise 3 piece I have had in a long time! The Best Coleslaw & Mash & Gravy we have had in long time. This beats the Blaauwberg Rd Branch hands down. Keep up the good work to the staff at the Milnerton store.

In recent months, KFC Milnerton has stood above other branches, for me, and I just want to commend them for their improvement. I'm not sure if they've changed management or what, but they've upped their game. I order on Mr D and have had so many incorrect orders from KFC. But from the Milnerton branch, my orders are normally correct and issue free. When I put requests in the notes section of Mr D, e.g. "Three drumsticks, please," they actually read it and fulfil my request. Again, this is unusually good from KFC, so kudos to the Milnerton staff!

Talk about friendly, considerate and efficient customer service from Nomava. She deserves a raise, paid 2days leave or something. She's just exceptional at her job.

Extremely popular. Service is good and staff friendly. Pity about the litter often blowing away at the back.

Manager was very helpful. Online service was down so she made a plan to ensure that we could receive our promotion deal. We left the other KFC on koeberg road for this one. We will only support this branch from now on!

Generally good on most occasions. Food is usually freshly made and not oily. And most times the service is friendly with a smile. Parking can sometimes be and issue though! And sometimes there are beggars waiting at the drive through which security should dela with and poses a potential safety risk. Otherwise one of the better kfcs

The service at Milnerton KFC is very POOR ... the lady at the cash desk named thuliswa was there , as I placed my order , I spoke loud and clear to her and she asked me multiple times what my order was <br/>then I told her again one last time what it is that I wanted she then asked me "is that all?" just mentioning half of what I ordered I repeated myself again and she got it right ....okay well, I got my slip and waited for my my order, the lady called me forward with my slip and I asked her what its for because I don't see my order readyshe said that she needs it because their screen which the order comes through is down , and it was but instead of giving the slip back , she kept it I received half an order and the burgers looks like it was just thrown into those boxesthis place has a "KAK WAY OF ASSISTING PEOPLE , THEY DAMN UNHYGENIC"I'M FROM MITCHELL'S PLAIN #TAFELSIG AND I THOUGHT THE KFC IN OUR AREAS WERE CRAP BUT YOU GO MILNERTON ...THE KAK-EST SERVICE EVER

Always wait super long at this branch. The whole environment of the branch is not nice so not a nice place to wait either.<br/>The chips I've had from this branch tasted old and the chicken extreamly oily.<br/>Really hope they can improve the quality of food and service at this branch.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! We were forced to repeat every single item we ordered more than twice and they still got it wrong in the end. <br/>After paying, we were told to wait near the parking lot (no other cars in queue by the way), no doubt this was done so the drive through car sensors wouldn’t reflect how slow they get through orders. <br/><br/>Worst KFC in Cape Town, someone needs to get this place sorted!

This was simply the nicest KFC as the staff were SO friendly to me and the inside was clean and recently redone. All were ready to help me decide and place my order! I had the regular burger meal - food was very tasty and chicken was made well. Happy customer :) shout out to them

Was in the mood for a soft serve today but when I pulled up to the Drive thru menu I was instantly upsold to the tropical combo. A pina colada Krusher and a crunchy chicken burger with pineapple on it!! Yes please! Ordered this, drove home very disappointed to find my burger had no pineapple ring on it as advertised. Very sad as went to great lengths to explain to lady who was taking my order exactly what I wanted 😢 the Krusher was great tho!

Next up on my back in Cape Town list is KFC. Although it is available around the world it is very pricey. So down the road from my place is this branch in Milnerton and it always consistent with their service and meal portions and chicken sizes.

The design of this KFC's drive through is inconvenient. The order window and the pickup window are a cars length apart which leads to horrible waiting times. Rather just go inside if you don't wish to perish of old age while languishing in your car dreaming of that secret recipe. <br/>
