This was simply the nicest KFC as the staff were SO friendly to me and the inside was clean and recently redone. All were ready to help me decide and place my order! I had the regular burger meal - food was very tasty and chicken was made well. Happy customer :) shout out to them
Next up on my back in Cape Town list is KFC. Although it is available around the world it is very pricey. So down the road from my place is this branch in Milnerton and it always consistent with their service and meal portions and chicken sizes.
They were very busy and short staffed due to the strikes but the staff sparked, ensured your order is all in and fresh. Best service under pressure ever! O and food nice and fresh, not oily and neatly packed. Really recommend this branch!
The Best Streetwise 3 piece I have had in a long time! The Best Coleslaw & Mash & Gravy we have had in long time. This beats the Blaauwberg Rd Branch hands down. Keep up the good work to the staff at the Milnerton store.
In recent months, KFC Milnerton has stood above other branches, for me, and I just want to commend them for their improvement. I'm not sure if they've changed management or what, but they've upped their game.
I order on Mr D and have had so many incorrect orders from KFC. But from the Milnerton branch, my orders are normally correct and issue free. When I put requests in the notes section of Mr D, e.g. "Three drumsticks, please," they actually read it and fulfil my request.
Again, this is unusually good from KFC, so kudos to the Milnerton staff!

Extremely popular. Service is good and staff friendly. Pity about the litter often blowing away at the back.
Manager was very helpful. Online service was down so she made a plan to ensure that we could receive our promotion deal. We left the other KFC on koeberg road for this one. We will only support this branch from now on!

Their service is slick eith a businesslike staff.
Generally good on most occasions. Food is usually freshly made and not oily. And most times the service is friendly with a smile. Parking can sometimes be and issue though! And sometimes there are beggars waiting at the drive through which security should dela with and poses a potential safety risk. Otherwise one of the better kfcs
