Review Panarottis Century City - Milnerton

Great food and very friendly staff. We enjoyed our experience. We had the mac and cheese balls and also the chicken strips with cheese sauce as a starter. It was really delicious, the cheese sauce was nice and creamy and very cheesy. The pizzas are always good. I was very impressed with the vegan options as well. There's a nice big selection of vegan options.

We walked in when the kitchen was due to close. The waiter was very kind to get our order in quickly, however it felt very rushed and we did feel quite neglected. Pasta was floating in sauce, expected it as it was prepared in a hurry. Don't attempt eating here if they are anywhere near closing lol. I'm sure their meals and service are much better during decent operating times.

I loved this experience. Let's do my review in order. Food:5 stars I loved the starters, it was so delightful here is my starter buffalo wings , and the three cheese. The mains were a duplicate with the seafood and cheesy BBQ pizza Service: 5 stars The lady that helped us was so helpful and knew what she had to do Atmosphere:5 stars The Atmosphere was so nice the music was playing in the background it brought a nice vibe to it. This is nice. But it’s not a PIZZA. Flatbread, focaccia with nice toppings, but it’s not a PIZZA. Pizza has a tomato sauce and cheese, and you as a restaurant professionals know that, of course. Manager Richie came and heard my point, but it’s not him who put that bread with feta, dry tomatoes, herbs and olives in the PIZZA section of menu. Your menu is misleading. You better change a menu, or make a proper pizza.

You know what you are getting when you go to Panarottis, a family chain restaurant, so it is somewhat of a comfort pick. The food is consistent and good, but prices are a little higher than what I'd consider average for a pizza. Be prepared for loud children. For something a little more fun, sharing a big Monsterito pizza is always a winner.

Panarottis is located in the food court of Canal Walk on the first floor next to the nu-metro movie theatre. Its convient location is a definite plus, but the winner is undoubtedly the food. It is delicious! The Carnivore pizza is a must have as well as their delicious subs. We experienced very attentive service which is definitely a plus.

I went after my movie and ordered a pizza. I remember before they had ready made pizza that just had to go in the oven and they were the perfect mini size. I didn’t see it on the menu and when I asked the lady she said I can order it as a take away. I got the Al Capone mini for one for only R50 which was so worth it. I always love Panorottis and Al Capone is my go to pizza. I even got a small containers of chilli,garlic and Parmesan. I would highly recommend Panorottis. It has classsic from childhood that you still love

Panarottis Century City has a menu that caters for a variety off pizzas. You can order half of one and half of another pizza. I liked the idea👍. Friendly staff / waiters.

The food was good and delicious, service was prompt and we had a late lunch so the normal lunch crowd was gone and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful.

This particular time, I can't complain. Service was good. Waiter was attentive and manager came around more than once to check we were okay. Ordered the Alfredo pizza - love it! I've had some of their others, which is good but not wow, but this one is pretty amazing. Minus the overly loud birthday song that plays, which they could turn down just a little more, not a bad evening

Went there for supper last night. Found a hair on my pasta. I brought it to the managers attention, he apologized and sent it back to the kitchen for my dish to be 'replaced'. I waited forever for my replacement dish. I.e. Everyone else at my table had finished their meals by the time my food came. Obviously I inspected my food carefully again for any funnies, as I was now a bit put off and paranoid. Low and behold the hair was still in my food. Called the manager again to inform him of this. He seemed a bit annoyed with me and tried to explain and convince us that it is not actually a hair, but a 'mushroom fibre'. Not my first bad experience at this branch, but definitely my last as I will not be going back.

Good day . I had the worst experience ever at your canal walk branch I'm also in the hospitality industry as I'm a chef . Firstly I know the pressure of a kitchen on a busy night but to wait over a good 10 - 15 min before I have to get the attention of a waiter . N to get one with the worst attitude ever no customer service what so ever . No checking up on my table glasses standing empty condomin plate standing dirty on my table . And to top it off receiving raw chicken on my pizza . I call manager to tell me il bring u a clean plate does he even know what could happen with the consumption of raw chicken . I then ask for a glass of water were the waiter uses the same glass and ice N brings it back to me I thick this is very pathetic. To come out with my gf N her brother and to see the manager and staff all on there phones while you a packed restaurant. Worst evening out .

Good morning I had the worst experience at your Canal Walk branch last night. We got there at 17:15 the restaurant was not busy. We needed a table for 4 and they place us at a table for 2, the abult milkshakes was so watery and the kids was thick. We spoke to the manager and he does not apologise but rather says its the person that made it... And then asks what he must do about it!!!! He eventually takes it and sends some1 else with a fresh milkshake, no customer service. Our 4 pizzas come and we had no space 2 eat as we hav 2 man table, the pizza's was not even ready the toppings fell off the base... The waitress never checked up on us once. I will never eat at this restaurant again.

We opted to have the breakfast special this morn....I should have cooked myself. ..the grill supremo...was cold...the kids had to send theirs back even though they asked for their eggs to be hard. Service was slow. Mexican breakfast on pizza has a chilli...indicating spicy meal...NOT.. On a Saturday. ..there are alot of competition in a mall this size...panarottis need to retrain waitressing and kitchen staff...no meal must ever be served cold...I am not coming back to panarottis

Hi yesterday 1 january 2018 at about 18:00 we were there the waiter who served us were so slow he didnt even smile or introduced himself we were seated at table 11 i orderd a pesto pasta it was so dry and he kept on forgeting to bring what we askd him regarding our drinks it was my fist time eating at panarotis canalwalk i usualy go to the one in N1 city the staff is so lively ther and friendly......i felt so incomfortable yesterday bcuz it felt like when i asked the waiter somethng he gets irratated or its like he doesnt understand me.....i thnk his a foreigner im not sure.....im very unhappy wth the service and my fav pasta tasted so dry

Good day . One of my worst experiences yesterday Pannarotis Century City. We ordered a Take away pizza as we were in a hurry to get home. We were see served by Danielle 17:16 . We waited for more than an hour , and we checked regularly on our order. After waiting for more than an hour she finnally went to check if the order was ready. When out order finally came , we asked for garlic in a tub , to what we were told they had no containers to put in the garlic. When we arrived home , and opened the pizza , it was dry , no sauce and and no flavour in it. We had to throw more than half of our pizza in the bin , a waste of our money as well as time . Our family loves Your pizza and this experience was jusy not on !!! Very bad service , unhappy customer !

Had pizza special there. Good pizza. Just not much variety. Need to have more waiters on duty on this night. Cause waiting periods for waiter was a bit long. One of the younger male managers was very friendly. Overall not bad. But could be better.

The pizza is amazing but they really do need more staff, because the waiter is ignoring you most of the time because of the tables they have to do, I won't going back to this panarotis!

My daughter informed me that Panarottis make the best pizza in SA, and after sampling there pizza I have to agree, service was superb from the staff to, highly recommended.

Very bad attitude from a lady waitress named ANDY. Manager did come and apologize. Our son, 18 months and very energetic was running up and down next to our table. We were busy eating but also kept our eyes on him the whole time. Andy came and said we must hold our child because she almost stepped on him in very unpleasant manner. Eating our food and holding a 18 months boy is grabbing the chillies and hot food was uncomfortable. Instead of being rude a she should have offered a baby high chair - after all it is a family restaurant ! Thanks to the manager who apologised.

Bad service, waiter did not make us feel welcome at all did not even come to check if everything was okay with the meal the combo tasted soo bad and was a waste of money.

Had the worst experience. Were ignored for more than 5 mins. Waiter helps everyone after us... Only when we got up to leave, the waiter wanted to help. Customer service really sucks. The place barely had people to serve when we got there.

All you can eat pizza night with a jug of sangria is amazing. Friendly staff and great pizza!

Considering how busy it was it being month end Saturday evening we had a great experience. Precious our waitress was friendly, bubbly & professional. Our food was divine - Panarotti pizza for my boyfriend & Tabasco infused Chipotle Chicken Fettuccine pasta for myself which was served sooner than we expected even though it was so busy. Will definitely be back. Thank you. I thoroughly enjoyed my b'day dinner ☆

The pizza toppings were a little few and far between, which was disappointing considering that we paid almost R200 for the pizza. Service was okay but overall not really a good experience unfortunately.

not nice at all we had to wait all night long for our pasta after ordering the pizza , the waiter explained she forgot about the pasta .

Best food and service by far.. to the store manager tht work with a broken arm.n.keeping the store running so well, thumbs up to you and all your staff.

Hated the experience at panarottis century city. My brother,boyfriend and i try out the eat as much as you can tonight ,yes I know it's a busy night but aleast the service can better the STAFF's attitudes can better aswell with the managers and all. Pizza was bad, raw chicken on the chicken and feta pizza, do you guys perhaps know that bird flu is in the air if we have to get sick panarottis won't pay for the medical bills , call the manager and he rather brings a flippen clean plate and a sorry , is this the kinda service that's suppose to attract customers ???, while i don't think so worst experience ever . Sorry to say but panarrotis century city won't be see me again.

Decided to try their bottomless pizza Thursday.... But it literally take 8 to 10 mins before a pizza comes around.... The better option would be just to order a full pizza.

Had the ballisima banoffee waffle when popping in here the waffle was fresh and tasty I wished there was more caramel on the waffle..The service was quick and easy.

Not a big fan of pasta but I had this craving and thought "why not?" <br/><br/>The service was really good! And the manager is very involved which was nice!<br/><br/>I unfortunately found hair in my food just as the manager walked by. I was careful not to make a big deal about it but he made me a fresh bowl and promptly served it to me. I appreciated that. The second helping however, was decidedly over salted but it was still edible.<br/><br/>Sticky floors and stains on the floor do little for the appetite, but the service definitely redeemed this experience. Also, the prices are actually reasonable.

Not the best pizza around but not bad either. It's location right next to the movie theatre is a plus so it's great to grab a bit bite here before or after a movie or shopping spree.

After some shopping we popped in for a late lunch/early supper and they were rather full, but thank goodness no delay, because I was ravenous. I was surprised by the interior, simple and neat with a little Italian inspiration. I had the Californian - avo, feta and salami instead of bacon. Without the side of garlic and parmesan cheese it would have been bland. My boyfriend had a half and half - one of the halfs being a Panarottis special of which I had a slice and it had more flavour than mine. Not a bad option in Canal Walk.

Generally we like Panarottis.... but tonight was like they watered down the garlic.... they told me that they only use olive oil with the garlic but when you have been coming to panarottis for years.... you kind of know the difference.

Well, it's certainly not the best pizza you'll ever have - but it's decent enough! Staff are friendly, and if you want a quick and affordable meal in between shopping, but do not want to venture into the food court, this is not a bad option.

Went to eat here quickly before our movie the other day. Our waiter was barely there - we kept on being served by another waiter as ours was nowhere to be found. The food was absolutely delicious - I had the Alfredo and a Turkish Delight milkshake. When we finally found our waiter to get our bill and leftovers for takeaways, he didn't even give us a plastic bag or something to put the leaking containers in even though he knew we were going into the movies. Definitely won't return even though the food was good.

We decided to pop in here on Friday and surprisingly we got a table immediately. Our waitress brought our drinks order but my sisters coke was so watered down that there was no gas in it, she asked for a can instead. We ordered a dual pizza, half seafood and half rib and pine. The seafood was fresh but very little, the same with the rib and pine, we could actually count the pieces of rib on the pizza. We generally enjoy Panarottis but this time we were sadly disappointed.

I went here for a quick breakfast thinking that the service would be speedy since it was empty that time of the morning. However, I ended up waiting for 10 minutes before my order was taken and they took the usual amount of time to bring my food.<br/><br/>Other than the slow service, the food was at the general Panarotti's standard.

I really love panarottis. This is the branch that I go to the most often. I've never had a terrible experience here before but there have been hiccups. For instance slow waitors and once I saw a mouse near the entrance. Other than that the pizzas are always lovely and the pastas are good. I would like them to ask me for my family card though because I always forget to swipe it. Must have missed so many points.

Saturday evening dinner at this restaurant makes it difficult to get a table inside, which I prefer because the outside seating is too exposed to the movie goers. They were busy and it seemed like they had enough waiters but the manager kept clearing tables and the service was terrible. Our waitress kept disappearing, as did the others. My hot chocolate with cream had to be taken back because the waitress spilt the cream into the saucer when she put it down. I didn't mind this but after 20 mins she informed me that they didnt have cream left so the next hot chocolate would be without cream. Why did that take 20 mins to establish? My sweet chicken pizza was average but my partner enjoyed her chicken pasta. Overall a sub-par experience for my birthday girl.

Decided to go for chicken livers and chicken schnitzel with salad. Livers were fine but main course was so overdone that it was difficult to cut not to mention chewing. The salad was crispy. We complained to the manager and the dish was taken off the bill. I will not easily go to this outlet again. Manage! Manage! Manage!

Panarottis is usually one of a few restaurants I'd frequent for a quick bite and weekday specials. I'm especially a fan of their al capone pizza and my boyfriend loves their margaritas. I don't enjoy their pasta though.<br/><br/>Service is usually decent but can be a bit slow on busy nights. Overall a good experience when you looking a quick bite.

Defs not your spot for date night unless you roll like that 😉 family hangout with good italian fare. They also have great specials during the week!!! Kids under 12 eat for free - yay 👏🏻

Love it when they had their all you can eat specials. Their pizzas are good, I'll be honest not fantastic but they are better than the more commercial pizza chains. <br/><br/>Service has always been friendly and no real complaints.

Had supper there last night. Ordered a milkshake and soda for drinks. Had the Alfredo pasta and a Carnivore pizza (to share). Milkshake was good. With regards to good it was the best quality Panarottis I have had this far. <br/><br/>Service was good.

I'm not the biggest fan of Panarottis. They are however usually quite full! The service is not great- my sister ordered a vegetarian option of pasta and was disappointed to find it had chicken in it, when we called the waiter over he did not even apologize for the error. It was awkward. The pizza is usually very good though and nice to share.

So went for a quick lunch at Panarottis Monday , we were 3 and ordered the large pizza duo which consisted of one half seared fillet (medium rare), brown mushrooms,rocket,balsamic reduction~the other half consisted of rib and chicken,deboned pork ribs with sticky bbq basting,roast chicken and cherry tomatoes. The pizza was lovely, thin crust and the size was just enough for 3 people. I would probably be back as I'm torn between Col Cacchio's and Panarottis as they are the only two decent pizza places at canal walk.

Love coming here! I think their pizzas are just the best .Our favourite is the rib and pineapple. Service is always quick even when its very busy and staff are very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I had lunch here on good Friday. At the back of my head I asked myself why he hadn't been to Panaroti's in a while but when the food arrived I remembered why. No offence to the group or this particular outlet but the pizzas here are not great! Nothing beats a good wood fired Pizza which these definitely are not. My wifes pest pasta, when it came looked like a kiddies portion and when asking we were told that all pastas are 200g.....that was definitely not 200g...it wasn't bad though. I guess most people that eat here either like Panarotis or not.....I have been reminded that I am in the latter group.

Very Nice Panarottis at Canal Walk their Chicken Mayo Pizza was delicious there the last time I went there and I can taste the Chicken and the Mayo on the Pizza and very good service as well.

I joined my boyfriend for a quick lunch. I ordered spaghetti bolognese but I requested penne instead. The waitress repeated both our meals to us before she left and we confirmed. When my food arrived it was SPAGHETTI bolognese. Before she even put the plate down on the table I told her it was wrong and that I have requested penne. Her reaction was "oh!" And she stood there while I looked at my plate. She didn't apologise or try to return my dish she waited for me to accept the dish and left us to eat. . .

Panarottis Century City<br/>Our family was very disturbed because of the way your "waitress"  spoke to us when we arrived at your restaurant on Tuesday evening.  Wer`e a family 6 and when I walked up to her standing at the entrance to ask for a table she immediately said sit here and wait as there are 2 couples ahead of you. She never made eye contact just spoke in a loud voice as if we were sheep! I then asked her why there are 2 x 8 seater tables open she says" well, they reserved for people who call in" and "I should rather phone first before i come through" I asked her how long she worked there and she in an arrogant voice replied since October last year. Well we have been regular customers for the past 3 years ....You need to address this  PLEASE put people infront of your restaurant that is polite and has "people skills" <br/>Im bitterly disappointed as it was the evening of my Daughters birthday .. and she nominated Panarotti`s for supper...

My Go-to place for great pizza! Their week day offers are really great. We tried their super cheezy and yum Saucy chicken pizza and Mediterranean Pizza ( wish there were more vegetarian options) the staff seems friendly and courteous even when its almost closing time. Overall one of my best pizza experiences in Cape Town.

Thursday night all you can eat pizza!!! Need I say more? Only R65 and you can stuff yourself with some great pizzas. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options to choose from, as well as that all the slices came out piping hot. Only downside was that a couple of the staff had a bit of a negative attitude, which never makes for an enjoyable experience

I love Saturday morning breakfasts here. Their R25 breakfast specials are really worth it and offer some different options to Spur. Their pizzas are also always great. I'm not too fond of the seating area outside the restaurant as it gets very noisy but it's a nice vibe inside.

Panarottis is a good choice for having a wonderful pizza we love going to panarottis and never had any bad day when visting, friendly fast and clean service.

Panarottis is one of my favourite restaurants to eat at...on Friday morning we went to canalwalk Panarottis for breakfast,on arrival we were given a table full of garlic....we sat for 20 min before my wife asked if someone could help us...we were given a waitress that just stood next to the table waiting for our order,after the order is done she gave our order to another waiter...waiting another 15min the drinks arrived cold aswell as the food...no manager in sight...extremely disappointed and that branch gives Panarottis a bad name...they can learn from n1 city Panarottis!

If you are in the mood for pizza this is a great place although seating may be limited on a busy night though. Overall not bad. Would go there again.

I have given Panarottis a perfect 5 rating because their food, service, special deals and atmosphere is AMAZING!<br/><br/>Whenever Jason and I find ourselves at Canal Walk (which is VERY often) we always choose to eat at Panarottis. They have this amazing deal where you buy one and get one free on Tuesdays and kids eat free on Sundays. What can go wrong when you have deals like that?<br/><br/>Their range in pizzas is absolutely delicious and they always tend to my very picky needs. The staff is wonderful and always tend to your needs with a smile. The atmosphere is perfect for date night, a quick lunch or  family dinner.<br/><br/>Absolute thumbs up every time!<br/>Happy eating :)

I've always enjoyed Panarottis, they offer great specials and I like to take advantage of the Tuesday buy one get one free and often make it "date Night" Dinner and a Movie.<br/><br/>Service is great and even when they are busy they are quick at getting their pizza's out and keeping the customers happy. The food is always great - my favourite Pizza is the Al Capone or I take the Three Cheese and turn it into a pizza by adding the tomato base, Mince and Tomato.. Absolutely DELICIOUS!<br/><br/>As a smoker the fact that they have removed the smoking section actually doesn't bother me, eating in a smoking area has never worked for me anyway.<br/><br/>All and all for a franchise Panarottis is always a pleasure to eat at.
