This is not fast food, but ABSOLUTELY worth the wait. So put down your phone, take in your surroundings, and enjoy. Loved every minute and every bite. Best seafood I've had in a very long time! Loved the Portuguese flavours. Staff is fantastic.
What a lovely service & the food is divine and the waiter knew her story…explaining what is on the menu in depth… we were from a 4 hour drive at the Kruger with 3 kids under 8…she prioritised them first from the 6&7 year olds who shared a large margarita pizza & left no crumbs to our 8year old with
Great place, food took sometime to arrive but was worth the wait. We were restricted to go to certain parts of the restaurant because there was a private booking with people who were uncontrolled and were not considerate of other people trying to have a meal. Wanted to try their signature beer, wh
What a delightful surprise to find this place! The unassuming appearance decor (very plain, basic — but also very clean) gave the impression that the food would be very ordinary. Not! We had 3 different dishes and all were really tasty, rich flavors, presented in a style more like a classy restauran
What a great meal and great service from Cindy. We will definitely be back
My first time in Marlophpark. This was a really great experience. We were seated on the top level. Food was great. I have never had such a soft Espetada. Almost did not need a knife. Cutlery was shining clean. Food was freshly prepared and was worth the wait. Nice music was playing in the background
Hubby and I had the Tin Shack basket and it was amazing. Also had a cocktail and can honestly say the cocktails there are great.
A great experience. Nice relaxed atmosphere in the dining area. Friendly waitress who offered to go and buy cream for a cappuccino.....that is service!!! I can recommend the breakfast, it was freshly prepared with the eggs done to perfection. A pity about the plastic plates the breakfast was served
Was a quiet evening in Marloth Park, and decided to stop by this restaurant. Friendly and helpful waiters, tastefully decorated restaurant, and delicious pizzas. There is a breakfast menu available as well. Prices for dishes vary from very reasonable (R70 for beef curry and rice) to very expensive (
Tebogo our waiter was extremely attentive, professional, friendly and humble. Food was top class. Drinks arrived together as did the food. A definite must when visiting Marloth Park. I agree with my son Benji, Tebogo deserves more than a 5 star rating.
Never in my life did I have chuck, pap and shaba that was this good. I had to call the chef to compliment him. The waitress, Cindy was just as good, will definately go there again and reccomend them to friends. Well done, keep it up.
I arrived at the Tin Shack after spending 24 hours travelling from the UK to Marloth Park. I was tired, thirsty and hungry. I was greeted with a big smile by Tebogo who swiftly provided me with a cold beer and, as I was too tired to think for myself, recommended the special of the day - grouper fish
We shared our childrens anniversary dinner with them. Service slower but food supperb. 'Slower' must be taken with salt please. Their motto dictates: "we don't serve fast food, we serve excelent food
Boiling hot day 36 degrees, ice cold Darling beer, great pizza's, their small chips huge - Great service and back ground music. Value for money - Awesome way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
We stopped there for lunch. The service was quick and friendly. Food was delicious, you should definately try their milkshakes, they are packed with flavour. 5 people ate lunch and had milkshakes and our bill was just over R500. We had the chuck and wors, pizzas, burger and tin shack basket. Very im
