Best donuts you'll ever have. Try get there first thing in the am though, they sell out pretty fast. Customer service is excellent. They're so friendly. But seriously though. Them donuts 🍩🤤 and the bread rolls. So good!

Such a lovely surprise! The staff are full of smiles at this lovely family run business. The fresh bread and pastry is amazing and let's not forget the bunny chow! Wow... yummy... delicious! Pull in for friendly smiles and great food or just for some lovely fresh rolls/bread for lunch. Ps try the milk tart donut

They make the most Devine donuts 🍩. They are called milk tart donuts. Out of this world. Their bread is amazing. I recommend them.

O what a gem I found in Margate! While we stayed in Margate I regularly visited Lilly’s Bread Bin to top up on the freshly baked goods.  The breads, rolls, pies and pastries are freshly baked every day. I had the Milk Tart donut and it is delicious.  The buttermilk rusks were freshly baked as it came the morning out of the drying oven and it is the best I have ever tasted. The sausage roll have a crisp pastry and the meat is tasty and high quality.  They also serve a variety of samosas and it is also very tasty. I think all the items are very reasonably priced. Skip all the store bought breads and cookies and visit Lilly’s bread bin the next time you are in Margate.

What a place! The freshest tastiest breakfast. The best coffee. Don't get me started on the milk tart doughnuts.

What a delightful bakery!! Highly recommend the malva stuffed doughnuts! Their burgers are just as good! Always come here when I'm at the coast

Best place for bunny chows and milktart doughnuts

One of our favorite places to visit when visiting the South Coast. The milktart doughnuts are divine. Mutton bunny was delicious as always. Hubby had a beef bunny and it was a bit dry but still good and tasty. Well worth a visit.

Delicious Calamari and Beef Burgers and the Milk Tart Filled Donuts are Amazing going back to try the Mutton Bunnies.Staff are friendly and also a pet friendly eatery.Service Excellent

Lovely staff, good coffee, pies were well priced and filling, great spot for a quick stop on a long drive. There is a spar walking distance from this restaurant for wary drivers that need to grab some goodies and hit the roads again without stopping.

Such a lovely place to go to for a meal! The meals are really well priced and tastes divine! The staff is very friendly and always has a smile on their face! I will definitely be visiting more often when in the area!

If i could give a 0 starting rating I would. Worst service tonight. Coldrinks come with no ice and it took an hour to get our bunnys. We waited paciently and only complained when we realized thats the people behind us..who arrived after us.. got their food before us. Some cold samoosas was sent to our table with the exuse our order was never placed. But we ordered food and cold drinks at the same time and the cold drinks made it to our table straight after. Then we found pieces of beef instead of mutton. The managers wife was absolutely rude and needs a lesson in customer care. She insinuated I was lying and infront of other customers told ME to rather not come back as she does not need customers like us and that I have an attitude problem. Of course I am going to have a problem if I order and pay for mutton but get pieces of beef inbetween. Soooo dissapointed will never show my face at this place again.

Great service and lovely people all round. Those baby donuts are the best + the cappuccino delicious � A true landmark in sweet Margate.

Bought bread rolls and some teatime treats here. The apple slices are fabulous. Mini milk tarts also yummy according to my daughter. Good value for money in a town where food and eating out is quite overpriced. Very tempted to go back again to try the donuts!

Absolutely annoyed at the service and personnel at this establishment. Requested that treats be packaged for 5 different people. Was told it was too costly.The till showed the correct amount but when I looked at the slip afterward after paying I realized I was overcharged as it showed a higher amount than what was rung up. Will not visit again. The lady was rude and obnoxious.

Definitely delivered on their reputation!<br/><br/>Had the giant beef burger which was simple enough but tasted really great! I would add a second patty though. Everyone else had the mutton bunny chow which seemingly did not disappoint. Their food really has that home made goodness about it.<br/><br/>Owners and staff were friendly and informative about the history of Margate and current events.<br/><br/>

When we come to Margate we always stop at Lilly's. There is always fresh backed bread and great treats. Calamari seafood takeaways is always fresh and well prepared. If you are an early raiser you get warm baked donuts every day. What a treat. Well price little café that has been in the area for for ages. For advise of whats happening in town just visit Lilly's.

This is the Gem of Margate in my opinion. Family run and owned for so many years. Since I was a little girl. Everything your heart desires you will find here and be in time in the morning for the freshly baked bread and buns.
