The setting is perfect you get the typical quality Spur experience from their staff and the food is great and this Spur is not noisy you can atleast here yourself having a conversation while sharing a meal which makes it ideal for dinner/lunch or breakfast dates I had my daughter's 1 year birthday on 16/06/2023 yesterday we received so many discounts on vouchers and also the kids enjoyed themselves which really made the day and the experience special

This place came recommended but the service was pathetic . Kiddies meals took over 30 minutes to bring to the table . The steaks that were ordered wasn't even brought to the table . I don't think in future I'll be coming to this place again. The manager told us she'd bring the food but lied to that as well . Just be straight up with your customers .

Terrible service. Waiter told us food would take up to an hour but the place isn't busy. Waited 20mins thereafter and nobody to take our order. Waiters walked pass without inquiring. Will never eat here again. Service standards dropped dramatically. We were told to leave and come back after 45min as the grill was being cleaned

Decided to have lunch at Spur with my family for fathers day. Worst experience ever. The waitress did not bother to greet and I had to give her my drinks order 3 times before she actually started writing anything down. The best part is the cappuccino we ordered was normal riccoffee with fresh cream on top, still they didnt even have the decency to make the cup of normal coffee taste good as they litrally added maybe half a teaspoon of coffee in it....you could see this from the colour. I request that this particular spur stop trying to cut costs and give us what we pay for please. This seems to be a problem with most franchise restaurants in lenasia. The quality and portions are never the same as the ones out of the area

It was okay. However the grams of the food was small. I ended up not buying what was on promotion. Service was good though
