Love going to Driftwoods, beautiful view, lovely food and divine cocktails, one of my favourite places
I love the new Driftwoods. Renovations have done wonders to the restaurant. They still make the best coffee shakes out. �
Prime location facing Langebaan Main Beach, making for a great lunchtime setting if you can get a table on the deck. Awesome seafood; try the paella or the Thermidor for a real treat - or the massive platter for one if you can't choose.
Driftwoods has always been a favorite when visiting Langebaan! The pizza was a first for me, but it was amazing! Fun in the sun and a great meal was a perfect combination to end off a lunch before we head back to Cape Town!
Right on the beach, great food and drinks. I don't understand why this place gets terrible ratings. Our waiter, Alex, was attentive and informative. We had very tasty food and he gave us enough time to chat and order. Perhaps people expect fast food? We were 4 for lunch and 2 diners ordered pizza and 2 ordered other. Dispite the food coming from two kitchens, we all got served together. My cajun chicken stack was perfectly prepared. Compliments to the chef, all round.We will be back.

Beautiful view of the sea and kite-surfers as well as great food. Smoking and non-smoking areas as well.
Seafood is a delicious. Great service. Always visit this place when I am in Langebaan.

On the beach. Good spot to watch the sunset and kite- surfers. Food is also good.
We ate here twice during a long weekend. The service was excellent even though it was busy, and we enjoyed lunch enough to book for dinner on the same day. The only thing wrong with dinner was that they asked what table we would like, and then couldn't give it to us when we arrived at the appointed time. This wasn't a big deal though, and we enjoyed two very tasty pizzas for dinner, once again with great service. I won't hesitate to eat here again.
I ordered a pizza once, I am dying to go back. Best pizza I have had in my entire life. The milkshake was good but if I recall nothing special. I suggest that you raise the price a little bit but put marshmallows or something in them to make them stand out, this way people will order them instead of some cool drink.
Great location, with great views. I was personally more impressed with the menu, food, and service of their neighboring restaurant, where I dined the next night. Driftwoods is for me more of a lunch venue, or otherwise to have sundowners, before going somewhere else for dinner.
